Elegant 138 m² apartment, on the mezzanine floor, in a late 19th century Bella Epoque style building. Very spacious (about 130 m²), located in an extremely quiet area, surrounded by parks and gardens. Free private parking in the garden. The center of Merano can be reached in just a 10-minute walk, as well as the Kurhaus, the promenades and the historic center and all the amenities.

The traditionally furnished holiday home “Fichtnhittl” is situated on a farm in Aschbach (Rio Lagundo), a rural area in the mountains near Merano (Meran) and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays in the beautiful scenery of South Tyrol. The 74 m² holiday home consists of a living room with a wood fired oven, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with a sofa bed each) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 people.

15 minutes from Bolzano and Merano is an elegant 65 sqm apartment on two floors with a separate entrance, consisting of a living room\kitchen, a bedroom (full bed) and a bathroom, to offer you a comfortable stay. The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

In front of us stretches the entire Etschtal, a spectacle at any time of the day or night, and Merano and Tyrol Castle are at our feet. A perfect starting point for hikes and beautiful walks.
