Jedes Haus hat ein Schlafzimmer für zwei Personen, es gibt ein Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer für eine 4er-Belegung. Im Gemeinschaftsgarten gibt es einen Grillplatz. Mit dem Zug von Bad Endorf sind es ca. 50 min nach München oder Salzburg.

A relaxing stay is guaranteed for the whole family. Next to the living room is a playroom with a children's kitchen. In summer, you can romp and splash in the garden. Adults can comfortably barbecue in the gazebo and enjoy a cool drink. In winter, all ski resorts and mountains are within easy reach. Lake Simssee can be reached in a leisurely 15-minute walk via a beautiful forest path. Bakers, shops, etc. can be reached in 5 minutes by car.

The romantic, individually and lovingly furnished apartment in the quiet, charming artist's house has a large balcony with magical views of the mountains. The house is located on the outskirts in an enchanted garden where you can enjoy the day or cozy evenings either in the cool lounge or on the wooden terrace. It is an ideal retreat from which wonderful tours can be undertaken. The house has a small wooded area with its own viewing platform.

Lake Sims is 5 minutes away by bike. By car, you can reach the city of Rosenheim in 15 minutes. There is also a bus service to the city. From Rosenheim there is a direct train to Munich and Salzburg. The mountains and Lake Chiemsee are also accessible by car.

Hello dear travelers, We live here in the middle of the forest. The lake is a few meters from the front door and in the heart of Bavaria! We live simply but beautifully and enjoy the feeling of living in a very special place every day. However, a car/bicycle is an advantage here, as we are not connected to the public transport network. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away.
