A swimming beach is located across the street. On foot you can reach our local mountain, the Neureuth and the Tegernsee high trail. The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living area and an adjoining bedroom. A large south-east balcony with views of the lake and mountains invites you to linger.

From here you can start hiking and biking right away. The bike path is 1 minute away, the swimming pool 5 minutes' walk

Welcome to ♡ Bavaria, in the small village of Berbling. The first floor apartment is part of a former farm and can accommodate 4-5 people. For nature and culture lovers, Berbling is in the perfect location. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a small bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a large living area with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating in front of a cozy fireplace. The room has a double bed (160x200), 50 inch FullHD TV (incl. Prime) and 3D Blu ray player, as well as a small fridge, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, dishes, incl. Coffee and various teas. Parking is right in front of our Haus.
