We had a fantastic stay at Michelle’s place. It was exactly as described and extremely well equipped. Ideal for both short term and long term stays. The bed was very comfortable and everything was perfectly clean. An easy walk to Swan St and the train station. We would highly recommend and would stay again!!

I had a fantastic time staying at Gabrielle's apartment. The space is beautiful and ideally located. West Richmond Station is just one minute away, meaning it's incredibly easy to get to the CBD. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Gabrielle was a wonderful host, and offered excellent recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

Carla and Matt were great hosts, organising an easy check-in and making sure everything was fine. When I accidentally broke a kitchen item, my offer to replace it was rejected but a new one appeared within an hour. They were both friendly and super helpful. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need and Carla left fresh milk, butter and Müsli and plenty of other supplies. We would happily return.

Wow what a great apartment!!. Really thoughtful hosts who have gone to a lot of effort with the quality of many things in this apartment from the lovely towels and linen, cutlery, cookware, coffee machine and condiments in the pantry. The apartment itself is light and bright and very comfortable and quiet. The location is fabulous. It is so great that you meet your guests at the apartment rather than have them wandering around looking for a lockbox. Thanks again for a great stay. We will definitely return!!

Tree Tops on Tullo was a perfect stay to explore Richmond, surrounding suburbs and Melbourne on foot. Great cafes and wine stores across the road and around the corner. We enjoyed the spacious light filled apartment and the outdoor balcony in the tree tops with heating! The bath was fabulous and well used! Place was so clean and warm and welcoming. Lovely hosts.

Nous avons passé 12 jours dans l’appartement d’Elly et il était dur d’en partir! Nous avons sincèrement tout apprécié. Gros plus pour la literie, nous avons très bien dormis. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous durant ce jour à Melbourne. Le tramway est à 2 minutes dans la rue en face, vous serez dans le centre en 20 minutes c’est parfait. Le quartier est très animé, beaucoup de restaurants à découvrir! Si nous revenons à Melbourne nous viendrons dans cet appartement!

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful place. Very comfy, and host very responsive, close walking distance to supermarket, local parks and Epworth hospital. Felt right at home and was able to have our dogs there as well. Highly recommended and would stay again if we were in the area.

I spent a month using this loft as my home base. It was great location to access sporting events, great restaurants, and local amenities. The Richmond train station is extremely close but you don’t hear the trains unless you have the door or windows open. Great view of the MCG and the city with parking. Had everything I needed for my longer stay. Would 100% book this apartment again!

It’s a great little apartment in an excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and shops. This was my 2nd time staying there. The only element I didn’t love was the flood lights shining I to the apartment when the sports field below was being used. These lights are switched off at 10:15pm Didn’t really bother me as I was mostly out and about and I will stay there again in future 👍👍👍

Emilio was a great host & very fast responding to messages. Absolutely beautiful abode! Got a workout using the stairs! Comfy beds, the shower pressure was lovely. Fantastic kitchen set up, wish I was there longer! 3 minute walk to train station. Thanks for having us 😊 Loved that that the stairs had a sensor light system ✌️

Susie’s apartment was amazing !!to say the least It was really clean and exactly matching the photos and description given With an amazing gallery and of course the icing on the cake was the goodies kept like fruits breads different types of tea/coffee water bottles and what not. The location was as described with an easy 5 minutes walk to the tram/railway/bus station. To take u to the city centre in 10/15 minutes. Beautiful riverside walk nearby. Susie was a very easygoing and a lovely lady Would love to stay again

The apartment was perfect for our needs. The street noise in the den is pretty loud as it faces a busy street but the bedroom was silent.

Ash was a great host, very responsive. The apartment has amazing views over Richmond. It’s small but cozy and reasonably priced. It was the perfect place for a long stay in Richmond for two people. Would definitely stay here again!

Had such an amazing stay in this space! As soon as we arrived it felt like a home away from home - super cosy. All the furniture is extremely comfortable, and the air con/heating makes it easy to control the temp in the apartment. The kitchen is also really easy to navigate with plenty of fridge space and the shower may be one of the nicest I've had in a long time :) It's also surrounded by loads of really nice restaurants and cafes which are amazing value! (Highly recommend Cucinetta!) Also not a crazy long walk away from the beach/central Melbourne and has the royal botanical gardens next door. 10/10 reccomend!

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and in a perfect central location, easy access to the city and anywhere we wanted to travel. Having an allocated parking spot was a big plus. There were also plenty of great cafes nearby, making everything really convenient. Overall, everything went smoothly and it was a perfect stay for us.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location was perfect—easy to get to with no traffic hassles, and having parking access was a great bonus. Everything was explained clearly upon arrival, and the apartment had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed our time here. Unfortunately, we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and spa as it was a bit too cold, but we’re already looking forward to coming back and making the most of it next time. Thank you for a smooth and enjoyable visit!

Great hosts who were super responsive and obviously care about their place and their customers. A fabulous location 5 min walk to the CBD, all the theatres and botanical gardens, trams etc. Didn't need a car, a well set up kitchen and nearby IGA, super comfy bed and lots of lovely plants so it felt less like a motel. The pool sauna and gym were all fab too. A super generous supply of towels ( including for the pool), toilet paper, paper towels detergent etc so it was easy to move in and relax. Great kitchen to cook in small but withe everything you could need. This will now be our Melb base whenever we are in town.

Thanks Fil for an amazing stay, photos were pretty much exactly what was in the listing, and the view of South Melbourne from the apartment was such a great touch and a nice change from the hustle and bustle of the city, though the location was also really convenient, very near to the tram stop. Apartment was clean and so comfortable, the kids had a great time!

Anne was extremely helpful and friendly. She made us feel right at home especially after a long flight from the UK. She met us at the apartment and showing us round the property and giving us great tips on the surrounding area. Anne was always very responsive during our stay and was a great help in ensuring my son found longer term accommodation for his new job in Melbourne. The apartment was nicely located for trams into the CBD and a 5 minute walk to the beach!!! I cannot thank Anne enough not only allowing us to use her property but for all the advice and help. Would definitely stay again.

Great location close to public transport, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Easy to navigate and in a nice area. Loved that it was also pet friendly and our pup enjoyed staying with us on our trip. The apartment was also very clean and tidy with 2 sets of keys provided making it easy and stress free when travelling with others

This place is a gem. Beautiful view of sun set and sun rise, with chance of seeing Hotair balloon right in front of you. Lots of things to do at home, cooking, washing and bbq-ing. Will love to stay here again if we visit Melbourne again.

Chante was an absolutely amazing host, The Penthouse was squeaky clean, Kitchen was beautiful and had all you need - Coffee/milk/sugar/coffe machine all the cutlery you might need. The spa is amazing, the bed and couch are super comfortable, and Chante was kind enough to allow us an early check-in upon request. She was very responsive and friendly as well , would absolutely recommend this place, The only thing you might find a bit odd is the smell due to the spa being in the open but use the Exhause fan on top of the spa that helps alot, My only recommendation would be adding some sort of Air-freshner, Other than that this place was absolutely Fantastic. 💯
