Donna’s place was absolutely perfect! The apartment is beautifully remodeled, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed—and more. We came to visit family and it truly felt like a home away from home. We plan to stay here every time we visit moving forward. Highly recommend!

Joan made sure everything was lovely and comfortable for our stay. Her home was a short walk into town for the sip and stroll, which was so fun. She had wood set up in the backyard fire pit so we could enjoy a lovely fire in the evening. The front porch was enjoyable too. Beds were comfortable and the shower was great. She had coffee available for the keurig and the regular coffee maker. Everything was set up so nicely. We hope to return again soon!

We were in town for the weekend for a wedding and this place was the perfect spot for us. The instructions were very thorough and made checking in super easy. The place looked just like the pictures and was very clean. Scott was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early and even allowed our friend to pick something up that we had forgotten after check out. Definitely would recommend this place if you need somewhere to stay and not a ton of room. Great overall experience.

This was a good location right on Main Street with a short walk to many restaurants and the brewery in town. It was just as described with a well-stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Jenni was very responsive to inquiries. Would stay again when in town.

This was our fourth time at the Red Mill and each trip makes us eager for the next one. There is a spark of magic in the garden, the art, the perfectly curated collection of books... you just can't go wrong. The falls are beautiful, rain or shine, but they are nothing compared to the best host we've ever met. Joan is a treasure. I call her an ambassador for the region. You can see in her guestbook that we are not alone in making multiple return trips to see her and the full experience she has created. All five senses come alive at the Mill. If you need a peaceful getaway, just do it.

Anya’s place was the perfect stay for my work travels. Everything was spotless, and fresh. Anya was quick to respond to my last minute booking which I really appreciated! The bed was very comfortable I was able to get a great nights rest. And the balcony was an ultimate plus for having a cup of coffee and listening to the birds in the morning. Last but not least the surrounding garden area is beautiful and the building itself is just super cool. I wish I owned it myself. Thanks again for your hospitality Anya!

Laura’s place was perfect. The beds were comfortable & cozy. There were thoughtful amenities like coffee, water , and snacks. I loved how the place was decorated & Laura even provided an umbrella & doggie bags. So many nice touches! We would definitely stay here again. It was nice to be able to walk into town for lunch or dinner.

The host was very helpful and responsive. The parking was excellent—safe, very close to the property, and even visible from one of the rooms, which gave us extra peace of mind. We had a wonderful stay in this charming Victorian home for my sister’s wedding weekend! The rustic character and vintage details made it feel warm, inviting, and perfect for gathering with family during a special time. The home was comfortable, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and enjoyable. The location was convenient for all our wedding events, and we loved having a cozy space to come back to each night. Generously stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Unheated pool was a little too chilly the beginning of June, but great back yard space for grilling and visiting. A lounge chair with an adjustable back for reading would make it even more amazing. Loved that I could go for a walk on quiet country roads in the morning. Thank you Traci for all the extra's, your home worked out perfectly for us and we'll be back!

Home away from home. Peaceful, safe, private, off the beaten path. Great base to travel around the Finger Lakes and Letchworth Park. Decorated like a real home and well stocked with anything that you might need. We wanted to stay. If you like being in the country, you will love this place.

This house is in a quiet little neighborhood. Nicole was quick to respond to any need or issue I had. Very nice house, we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great time here! Chris gave us incredible food and activity recommendations making our stay extremely worthwhile. He was responsive and helpful throughout the entire weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here- the views were incredible, the dock was so peaceful, and we loved having access to a fire pit. The driveway is pretty steep, required to walk up/down to access the dock. Our stay was perfect, can't wait to return.

Lake Haven was the perfect retreat! Everything you could want or need was provided. A quiet and restful little neighborhood. Fun activities like Charcoal Corral and letchworth were very close by! We had a great stay.

While the exterior could use some improvement to match the interior’s charm, it didn’t detract from our overall experience. We highly recommend this place for a comfortable and scenic stay!

Kevin's place was a great stay if you're doing stuff in the area! Not far from Niagara, Watkins Glen, Letchworth and other amazing parks! Nice and quiet, good for a hiking vacation.

Tobiah was a fabulous host. He answered all questions promptly and was very helpful. We had a small gathering of family, coming from far apart and the condo was wonderful! It worked beautifully for our needs. We loved the view of the lake off the balconies-- especially with a full moon reflecting on it! The condo was well-appointed, with everything we needed. It was a very comfortable setting and close to hiking, wineries, and water activities, as well as cycling along the Erie Canal. The condo's location, a short distance between the towns of Naples and Canadaigua, made it easy to run an errand or go out eat. We highly recommend Tobiah's waterfront condo!

This location is great! You can walk to many restaurants and Marinas! The house is very new and clean. It was perfect for our family of four. We will definitely stay again in the future.

The condo was in a nice, quite development. There were plenty of stores and gas stations close by and easy access to the freeway.

Everything was like the pictures. Host was very informative about nearby locations with parks and restaurants. Place was clean and felt cozy. Definitely recommend!

Every time I visit home, I always try to book new places. This space was exactly as advertised, very clean, nice tucked away space. Brought back a lot of memories because the unit is right across the street from my old middle school. Elizabeth was a great host. Responses were on time and checking in was flexible. The garage was perfect for my rental. I plan on visiting Rochester again in July. If Elizabeth’s unit is available I will be booking again.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at The Place! Swain was a very quiet and peaceful area (though I'm sure it gets busier during ski season), and we felt safe and enjoyed the privacy. While we did have to drive a bit for restaurants and activities, the condo was stocked with plenty of kitchen equipment that allowed us to cook meals during our stay, and also had a variety of board games for entertainment. The wifi was very spotty, but that was not a huge concern for our stay. One other thing I want to note was that there were some clothes left in closets and used toiletry items in the bathroom cabinets; I was not bothered by it since everything was very clean, but just a heads up if anyone is not comfortable with that. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of blankets and towels, and the wood fireplace was nice for chillier nights. Overall, I have to say that the condo was beautiful and exceeded my expectations - the pictures really do not do it justice!
