Welcome to Paradise on the Lake. It’s an architectural splendor with 3 levels of living space. It’s has all the settings of the adirondacks in the middle of the Finger Lakes. Located on Honeoye Lake with the most majestic views of the lake in a remote setting of over 2 acres of property with a 192 feet of a Shale Beach Shore and a running stream through the property. Sandy Bottom Park has a beautiful sandy beach. Plenty of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy comfortably with family and friends.

Lodi Lakefront

Welcome! Our year-around lakefront cottage features a new large deck perfect for family or friend get togethers. We have beach access on either side of the deck and 2 kayaks. It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with a large deck, small side yard and a new balcony overlooking the water. You’ll be near many of the famous Seneca trail wineries & breweries. Lodi Point State Marine Park is 13min walk with a beach and playgrounds. Watkins Glen is about a 25min drive. Lots to see, do or relax:)

Lakeside Cottage

A cozy guest cottage, with 2 bedrooms, and 1 bath, full kitchen, we are centrally located on the East side of Seneca Lake, in the very heart of wine country. Closest winery is just 1/4 mile from our water's edge location. Hostess located near premises. Private dock included. Parking lot is small so no boats or trailers. Also due to rapidly changing weather boats cannot be tied up to the dock overnight. No exceptions. Lodi State Marine Park is 1/4 mile away and offers rental boat slips.

FLX Cabin Cottage

Nestled on the East side of Seneca Lake is a AUTHENTIC cozy cabin style cottage with a private shale beach five miles from Watkins Glen. There are four lounge chairs on the beach that are perfect for sunbathing along with a dock, diving board. There is a privacy fence around the property with a 4 person hot tub. Renters also have access to three kayaks, 18 foot canoe ,boat lift, fire pit, outdoor grill and a perfect view of the evening sunsets. I air conditioners installed July 2024

The Cottage by Canandaigua Lake

Cozy cottage just a short walk from private Lake access for swimming & sunsets, private boat launch, general store w/ice cream, playgrounds & basketball courts. 5 min drive to CMAC, 10 min to downtown Canandaigua & Wegmans & a short drive to Naples for hiking & grape pies or Bristol Mountain for skiing & fall foliage. Fully equipped kitchen w/electric oven, air fryer, microwave, k-cup coffee maker. Wi-Fi w/Fire TV, hammock & board games galore. Perfect for couples & solo travelers!

Offering plenty of space to get comfortable in, some of our amenities include a large deck overlooking the lake, a beach cabana and a brand new dock. Relax, unwind and make yourself at home.

Waneta Lakeside Cottage

Right on the water with lots of space and fresh air this new and charming cottage is situated in the heart of the Finger Lakes on the east side of Waneta Lake. Ideal for 1 to 2 couples, a girls weekend getaway or families up to 4. There are 2 bedrooms, an open fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area and bathroom with walk-in shower. Dine and relax on the over-sized covered deck overlooking the lake. A stairway from the deck provides access to a private beach with 4 kayaks.

Magnolia Lakeside Cottage

Enjoy Lake Life at Magnolia....the perfect getaway for up to 7 guests! Located on the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, halfway between Geneva & Watkins Glen...Beautifully decorated Magnolia Cottage is near many Wineries, Breweries, State Parks, Waterloo Outlet Mall, Del Lago Casino and 15 minutes from Wegmans! Enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the brand new dock, the deck off of the sunroom or from the beach around the firepit. Also just added a hot tub overlooking the lake!

Our special place sits upon 5 quiet acres on the majestic Seneca Lake. With the large wrap around porch, you will get lost in this beautiful setting while sipping on a glass of wine from many of our local Wineries. On the inside the first thing you will notice is the open floor plan, granite counter tops, and wall to wall windows with views for days.
