Enjoy Honeoye Lake in this recently remodeled year-round home. This three bedroom, 1.5 bath home has many oversized windows which offer postcard views of the surrounding Bristol Hills. The level yard and large deck open to over 50 ft of lakefront. Take advantage of the private dock for sunbathing or fishing. The peaceful atmosphere of this lovely home has everything you’ll need for a restful stay. Within a few miles of Hemlock, Canadice, Conesus, and Honeoye Lakes, enjoy canoeing, kayaking, fishing in the lakes or hiking, biking on the many nearby trails. Close to the Finger Lakes wine trails, local breweries, and distilleries. You’ll have the entire home to yourself. The bedroom has a queen size bed, and there are two self-inflating twin size air mattresses.

Enjoy the best of nature at our Frog's Leap Tree-house. It is nestled in over 100 acres of wooded lands. There are many forms of wildlife to see on the property such as: deer, blue heron, fox, turtles and of course frogs. There are two ponds. One pond is approximately four acres and the other one is an acre. Catching large mouth bass is made easy with our fishing rods provided with the right bait. We do promote catch and release.
