We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exactly as pictured—actually even better in person. It had everything we needed, from a comfortable bed to a well-equipped kitchen, and the location was perfect. The atmosphere was peaceful and stylish, and we felt right at home. Communication with Filipe was easy and friendly throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! 🌸🌸🌸

The apartment was sublime and the location could not have been more convenient. Adriana went above and beyond to assist us in the lead up to and during our stay with recommendations and arranging a driver for us for transportation to/from the airport and to a wedding 90 minutes outside the city. The apartment is impeccably designed, spacious, spotless, we loved spending nights enjoying the apartment after a day out. Easily the best Airbnb experience we've ever had. Coffee shop/bakery nextdoor, pharmacy across the street, grocery store 2 blocks away, right in-between the main drag of Avenida Paulista and Jardim neighborhood - Sao Paulo's equivalent to New York City's Soho. Walking distance to MASP, great restaurants, shopping, and Parque Trianon it made traveling with a toddler easy. Adriana, reception and the maid were friendly and helpful our entire stay and patient with us as non-Portuguese speakers.

We had an absolute blast staying here, perfect location and hospitable host. Everything you need is supplied. Thank you for the incredible stay!

It was a great experience to stay in Marcos' apartment. In addition to the organization and amenities, Marcos was an excellent host, always attentive to our needs. I recommend this space for those who need to be in the center of São Paulo in a cozy and comfortable environment.

My stay was perfect. The home was beautiful just like the pictures and the area was very safe. The hosts were amazing, the hospitality and kindness they showed me was incredible. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends and family who visit São Paulo.

The house is beautiful, extremely comfortable! The kitchen is VERY well-equipped, with new and complete utensils. The whole house is clean, the garden is perfect, the pool is clean, everything is well taken care of! Guilherme was always attentive and polite, responded quickly, shared very clear check-in and check-out information, and provided a guide to the condominium and region to improve the stay. The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The room on the second floor has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very helpful in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

Francisco was the best possible! I ask you to help us at all times, charismatic and attentive. Not to mention the good taste, what a beautiful apartment!! I couldn't recommend it more, and we hope to return soon, my friend!!

The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and still managed to enjoy it. The hosts were very attentive and responded promptly when I needed them to. In addition, the condominium's cleaning team is available for any more urgent needs, such as bed linens, etc.

Nice apartment, close to shopping and a quiet neighborhood

We stayed only one night. The stay was quiet. The condominium is quite large and therefore a little noisy, but nothing excessive. The location is excellent, access to the apartment by electronic lock. Complete house with everything you need. We missed a gallon/water filter. The entrance to the block is by facial recognition, but we chose not to use it and called the concierge to open it. The market in front (Public) is well worth a visit.
