We had a very pleasant weekend at the cottage, it is very cozy and comfortable. But the highlight is the location and the surrounding nature, really a place to disconnect and rest, we love it. Felipe gave us very complete and organized instructions from the moment we made the reservation. During the stay, he and Elton were very helpful and responded to messages super fast - they even lent us coffee filter and flour that we forgot to bring hahaha The house is wonderful, very well cared for and clean - super well-equipped kitchen and plenty of blankets for the cold days we faced. The garden is impeccable, all well thought out and planned for moments of rest and contemplation. The waterfall near the house is also wonderful and easy to access. We had a lot of fun lighting the fire that Elton left ready for us! Finally, the house dogs, who kept our Caramela company every day, were very docile and pleasant. I highly recommend it for those looking for days of rest in a beautiful place like this! Thank you Felipe and Elton!

Property matches your listing and photos. Beautiful place! Impeccable cleaning and organization, especially dormitories and bathrooms. Excellent reception and reciprocity by the site manager, Leonardo. These were wonderful, safe and unforgettable days. It was very worth it! There is a 5-star bakery practically in front of the mansion and even a fair, on Saturdays, with a great pastel!

The house is simply beautiful, with a cozy and extremely peaceful atmosphere! We had a wonderful weekend there. The weather cooperated and we enjoyed every moment: during the day, sun in the pool with the perfect deck to relax; at night, the cold weather matched perfectly with the lit fireplace and the starry sky, which we could admire lying on the lounge chair. I certainly felt at home the moment I walked in. The house is total comfort, and with a lot of style, charm and functionality! Cooking there was a delight! Very well used space, both internally and externally. And speaking of the outside, what a place! Nature is in our face all the time, showing us why we have to respect and care for it. Quiet, perfect place for those looking to reconnect, be inspired or just relax. And all this near SP. It was a complete present! I'll be back.

My family and I really enjoyed staying . Tranquility, fresh air and even with cold and a little rain we were able to enjoy all the spaces of the house and spend a cozy and unforgettable Mother's Day.

Great apartment, central & very walkable. The market is literally downstairs. The front desk people -at check in and during our week stay -are kind helpful & very friendly people. Comfortable bed, nice kitchen and good shower. We truly enjoyed!

Great place with comfortable bed and amazing view. Building has very good sauna, gym and pool. It's quite noisy from the big road next to the building.

The location is strategic, with easy access to great restaurants, shops and tourist spots. The host was exceptional: attentive, responsive, and always ready to help with kindness. Check-in was simple and communication was uncomplicated from start to finish. Highlight the incredibly comfortable bed and the little treats that make all the difference — coffee capsules, chocolates and cookies selected with care. I recommend it without hesitation!

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there … the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, produce and shopping.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this apartment and will surely book it again! The apartment is as described and located in a nice condo building, with security and great facilities like gym, rooftop, lounge and laundry. The apartment has all the basic things one may need and is close to almost everything! Mini-grocery is right at the front of the building and very close to train station. Ubers are quick to come by as well. I like that the apartment has a balcony too! Close to bars and restaurants too. Security in the building is superb! Most of all, I appreciate Rodrigo's kindness, hospitality and responsiveness. He made my stay really welcoming and was always there for questions. Very flexible and understanding and he gave clear instructions. I was happy to have met him personally even at the last day (thanks for the gift)! I can't wait to come visit SP and book this place again for sure.

The place is impeccable, beautiful view and, despite the road on the ground, it is easy to access. Despite being 5 star, one caveat is the fact that they do not provide bedding and bath towels. For the price, it would be essential to offer these amenities. Local is very quiet, very quiet and cozy. Great place to take pets and have a nice barbecue.

My first experience with Airbnb and it couldn't have been better! Host Jaylla was amazing — she responded super fast and answered all my questions with great attention. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Miguel, a true four-legged host! Super friendly, he made sure to say hello on arrival and departure (10 stars for the cat!). The place is extremely clean and organized, something that impressed me a lot and I hope to find in the next stays as well. Heads up: bring your food! In addition, the space is a Zen retreat, surrounded by nature, and it helped me recharge all my energy. I highly recommend it!

At first, I was afraid of a bad review from a previous guest, I contacted Bruno, who clarified everything and was extremely pleasant in the intermediation. Upon arriving at the place, I came across a beautiful, quiet, super safe, cozy and yes, private place. It is inside a condominium with a concierge and the house is in a private environment with lots of greenery and an incredible view of the dam. Everything was super organized, clean and with everything we needed to spend two perfect days. Thank you for having us, Bruno... it will be unforgettable.

Amazing space, we had a great experience! We want to return as soon as possible. It is a place to rest and connect with nature. I was with my wife and, because we are two women, we look for places that are safe, and we felt that way in the accommodation.

We stayed in the chalet for 5 days. Every morning we were greeted with a delicious and very well served breakfast. The space was perfect for us to disconnect from the city and enjoy the incredible view that the space provides. It is noticeable how every detail of the house was carefully thought out, from the bedding to the kitchen equipment. With all this comfort, we only had to enjoy every minute of the space with our puppy, who was also very well received by Valeria and the team. We'll definitely be back!
