The apartment is as beautiful as in the photos, a beautiful view of the city. Super quiet location, easy to access. Plenty of activity in the area, close to the market, subway station, and restaurants. Close to the region's nightlife, but on a quiet and peaceful street. Very happy with the stay, we hope to return on other occasions.

The only observation is in relation to the parking space, which is on a very steep slope, so it is good to have some skill to park. Everything else is perfect! I highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful weekend with the family. My daughter can ride a bicycle in the condominium. The beach is close, the trail is worth it. The house is beautiful, with large, beautiful and clean rooms, very spacious and has exactly everything you need, especially in the kitchen. We didn't miss anything except a sink wheel that we couldn't find… lol and heating in the pool. Despite being in a space with lots of greenery around, we had no problems with insects and bugs, my daughter thanked me for that. I recommend and would definitely return to this house. You can rent without worries, you'll love it.

The house is simply perfect, it is beautiful, super comfortable, well maintained and full of details that show the whim that the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, it perfectly suited me and my family, with en-suites equipped with air-conditioning, TV, fan, pillows, toilet paper, mat, all with a workbench and cozy decor. The kitchen is beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and cups, nothing was missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a separate differential, with separate height adjustment for each environment, awesome!! The heated pool is not even mentioned, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy it a lot because it was heated, even at night. If it weren't heated, we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Besides the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

Flat very nice, cozy. The bed was wonderful, the bed linens were of the highest quality, clean and fragrant. That bed that makes you not want to get up because it's so comfortable.
