Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Vacations, trade fairs, business trips, small photo shoots (only on request), weekend getaways... Do you like the other, special things? Then we're on the same wavelength. The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

Overnight stay in a caravan (suitable for winter)

Since we only go on vacation with our trailer twice a year and it is otherwise only in front of our garage, we offer overnight accommodation on a daily basis. Tram and S-Bahn direct connection to Cologne main station/ Messe in 15-17 minutes. Electricity, water, toilet and a small shower, Air conditioning, heating, linens and towels are provided. The trailer is different from a standard place to stay (brief orientation required) Looking forward to seeing you soon!

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Fancy a vacation in a listed spacious vacation home? 120 sqm on 2 floors with all comfort await you. The detached house is at your disposal. From the freestanding bathtub and the XXL shower, to the cozy stove in the living room, nothing is left to be desired. In the large bedroom there is a 1.80 m x 2.00 m bed for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is very centrally located, in the immediate vicinity of the center.

Auf Anfrage (je nach Verfügbarkeit) ist noch ein extra Zimmer mit zwei Betten und separatem Bad verfügbar.

The mill house has 1 bedroom, a kitchen with a fridge, stove, microwave and dishwasher. In the living room, there is a sitting area with a flat-screen TV and a small fireplace. There is also a bathroom with toilet and shower. Towels, a hairdryer and bed linens are provided. Pets are allowed upon request. There are numerous hiking trails in the area.
