The bus stop is about 400 m away (15 min to BGL & 40 min to Cologne) and the A4 is 8 km away. A parking space is available. The area invites you for walks and offers some excursion destinations in the Bergisches Land.

Welcome to Tiny Schümmerich. The small, ecologically built wooden tiny house is simple, but it offers everything you need to relax your body and soul: beautiful views, peace and quiet, a great indoor climate, and plenty of opportunities for excursions in nature. The tiny house is located a little off to the side on the grounds of a farm and offers access to a vegetable garden from which you can harvest fresh vegetables, depending on the season. There is no refrigerator and no Wi-Fi.

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Stadtteil Paffrath, gegenüber der Gemeindekirche St. Clemens. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 50m vom haus entfernt und dei Wupsi bietet einen Nachtbusverbindung mit Köln und Leverkusen an. Es gibt fussläufig einige Restaurants und Imbisse. Außerdem noch Bäcker, mini Supermarkt, Metzger, Eiscafe, Friseur, Apotheke, Kiosk.. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man mit dem Bus in 4min, Köln in 30min. Das Appartment ist am 15.01.2021 fertig gestellt worden!

The completely renovated Degenfabrik offers you an ambience that makes time run a little slower. Parking is available, 10 to 15 minutes to the city, various restaurants and shops, regional train connection. The sports facility is behind the house. In the same building we run an art gallery that can be visited.

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

Baumhaus K1 - Cube

Am Rande unseres Buchenwaldes liegt Cube - in futuristischer Würfel der in seine Umgebung eingebettet ist. Aufgehängt an Edelstahl-Seilen, schwebt dieser Koloss 5 Meter über dem Waldboden. Eine massive Buche ist fester Bestandteil der Terrasse und ragt von dort aus über 30 Meter in die Höhe. Aus jedem Fenster hat man das Gefühl man ist Teil des Waldes. Umso schöner ist das wohlige Gefühl im inneren des 30 Quadratmeter großen und top modernen Baumhauses.
