The place is perfect to relax and enjoy quietness of the environment. Heinz is a very friendly host and he was always there to help. highly recommend place and host!

I stayed for one month in LaMott’s appartement. It’s a gem in the heart of the city. The neighborhood is great, there are plenty of shops and restaurants around. Many supermarkets are by walking distance. It’s easy to reach from/to the main station, the airport and the old town with good connexions by public transport less than 100m from the door. The fifth floor provides an amazing view on the nearby church and there is every night a great sundown. Do not stop at the fact that there is no elevator, it’s easily doable and the view is totally worth it. The windows from both sides of the apartment can be opened which offers fresh air all over. I particularly appreciated the fact that there are basics ingredients in the kitchen and enough kitchenware to cook at home. It is indeed small but super cosy and the building is quiet. The apartment fits the description and has everything that is listed in the ad. It was perfect for a long stay, and would be also for a short stay !

We felt comfortable with Uwe and Irina. Communication was straightforward and Uwe responded quickly if anything happened (in our case, the gas cylinder was empty). The villa is very chic and has everything you need, and much more. If you want peace and quiet and to explore the surroundings, this is the place to be. The villa also serves as a registry office, but we didn't notice any of the three weddings.

Everything was really great. Susanne proactively reported in advance so that you always knew where you stood. The apartment is beautifully designed and you have plenty of space. Parking right outside the door is also 1A for unloading. Should we be in the area again, we'd love to come back!

The house is great value for money and quite spacious, but it's a pity that it's located in the basement. The kitchen at the entrance is a bit damp, and the small bedroom is simply decorated. Everything else is pretty good.The house and yard are tidy.

Anke's accommodation more than exceeded our expectations by a harmonious and absolute feel-good atmosphere. The apartment is far more spacious than in the photos, everything was prepared for the fireplace and the hot tub was a dream. Those who want to distance themselves from the city and enjoy their evening will find a little paradise in this apartment. For an apartment in an apartment building, this apartment is one of the best addresses in all of North Rhine-Westphalia. Although I was only there for one night for work, I felt absolutely welcome and at home from the start. I travel a lot for work and therefore know numerous BnBs! This apartment is really a little oasis and an absolute recommendation! Okay. The underground parking was not so easy to find at first, because the whole residential complex is a bit winding. Unfortunately, there is no elevator to the 3rd floor. None of that matters once you unlock the door. I was very satisfied, also with the entire communication. For me, this apartment is an absolute favorite. I'll be back!

Nathalie's place is stylish, airy, comfortable and with relaxing outside space. The location is around 30 mins from the centre of Koln both by taxi and tram, with the stop a short walk away. Great host communication from booking to departure and prompt response when we needed something extrea. Would recommend.

Onita was friendly and welcoming. She checked in with me after my arrival. I actually got to know her better just before I left and she even helped me with transport to the train station on my departure.

Staying at Tanja's was absolutely fantastic! The wooden house is a wonderful gem and we immediately felt at home. You can tell that everything was very thoughtful and designed with a lot of love for detail. As a couple with a dog, we were completely satisfied. We particularly liked the great terrace, where, thanks to the roof overhang and heating lamp, you can also relax wonderfully in uncomfortable weather. The kitchen, which is equipped with everything your heart desires, is also an absolute highlight. We will be happy to come back! <3

An incredibly beautiful place in the middle of the Eifel. Good to know: the owners live in the same building (next to you), but you still have a relatively high level of privacy. The table tennis table and sauna are in the (very large) basement, which is a little further from the living room and kitchen. You will have access to the swimming pool with stunning views of the forests of Heimbach. The house is clean and equipped with many amenities such as bedding, towels, toilet paper, oil and herbs. Firewood is available with which a covered campfire can be lit, around which comfortable chairs are placed. Unfortunately, most bedrooms cannot be completely darkened. The area is, as mentioned, beautiful and inviting for walks. Tip: go archery in the woods nearby!

Honestly, I hadn't believed in the beginning that really everything is as described in the advertisement – but it was actually all there and complete! Everything worked perfectly – household appliances, sauna and hammam. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, and the neighbors were friendly too. Overall, a very successful stay. I can only recommend the place!

A really nice house, stylish, elegant, well-maintained and very clean, the tasteful furnishings including the high-quality furnishings should also be emphasized. The sauna area invites you to relax and a bath in the hot tub at sunset is fantastically beautiful. Communicating with hosts is quick and easy. We will be happy to come back! ☀️
