The property is located in the center of Bergisch Gladbach and is still relatively quiet. A few minutes' walk away there are various supermarkets. The S-Bahn is about 15 minutes' walk through the city center. There is also a bus stop outside the door to the train station. An underground garage with a reserved parking space is available. There is also plenty of free parking on the street. The large terrace invites you to linger and offers a high level of privacy thanks to privacy screens.

Spacious apartment in the listed manor house of a former estate. The half-timbered construction offers a pleasant indoor climate and for a cozy atmosphere in winter there is a fireplace. Two sleeping places are located in the 1.6 x 2 m double bed in the bedroom. Up to two more people can be accommodated on the pull-out sofa bed in the living room (1.45 x 1.95 m) In the immediate vicinity are a supermarket and a bus stop with good connections to Bergisch Gladbach and Cologne.
