Lovely place within walking distance of a beautiful nature reserve. Hiking, water sports and attractions within reach

Great location also for several people, right on the lake, which is totally great in summer. The small pool and sauna are a highlight. The kitchen is basically well equipped, but a little short on cutlery when really full. The apartment was clean on arrival and looked well maintained. The other amenities are very good, there is even a washing machine and a dishwasher. The place is very remote, without a car it is probably difficult. Shopping facilities are available in the next village. For special needs, you can also get to Mayen quickly by car. But you have absolute peace and quiet and are in the middle of nature.

Beautiful little cottage, which is located in a campsite. We really had peace and quiet here and were able to relax well. There is everything you need in the house. The beds are comfortable, in the living room there is a large TV, where you can even watch Netflix. It has enough closets where you can store your private things. In the garden, there is a wooden barrel sauna and a large hot tub, which we used every day. At the campsite, there is a fine pizzeria where you can eat well. We had our own bikes with us and could ride to Koblenz in about 15 minutes. You can take great bike tours. Our recommendation would still be the city of Cochem, which can be reached by car in about 40 minutes. Here you can shop and drink a delicious wine.

Peter is a very good host.We came to the exhibition and he provided us with clean accommodation and various daily necessities.The room is particularly cozy.I had a very comfortable stay here.

Wonderfully quiet place. Big house. Wonderful in the morning sitting in the sun behind the house. Had a successful women's trip!

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very nice and spacious location. We loved our stay very much. The cottage is beautifully and modernly decorated. Moreover, very neat and clean. Supermarket and restaurants are in walking distance. We were very kindly received by Werner. He is very helpful. We'll definitely come back.

The apartment is equipped with everything you need and, above all, with a small child, a high chair, baby bed and changing mat are ready. Communication with Birthe was always great and in the apartment there was plenty of information about the area with recommendations. Restaurants, shopping, a large playground and the lake are within walking distance. All in all great. :)

We spent a two-week vacation in the Eifel in May 2025 and decided on the "Apartment am See" by Marianne. Marianne is a very nice host and her apartment was exactly as described. The apartment is spacious, well furnished and the kitchen is also very fully equipped. The location of the apartment is well suited for excursions in the beautiful surroundings of the Eifel. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay.

It was an incredible Airbnb. the place was clean and hospitable, the location quiet and the neighbours very helpful despite not knowing much English. the shopping center right next to the house was very useful and all the transportation very accessible. We enjoyed the cozy apartment. The view of the village and the lake is amazing. During our stay, swallows flew back and forth, which was a beautiful sight. I highly recommend this place!

Great accomodation! It is really big and clean. Nice view from the balcony and our son loved the playground in the garden. Inge and Dieter were really good hosts, very friendly. There are many things to do around Jünkerath (zoo in Daun and castle/zoo Kasselburg, walks, nice villages).

Very cost-effective stay for the Rock AM Ring festival, walkable distance to Koblenz train and bus stations. Very nice and responsive host, very clean and tidy apartment.
