The house is located on the market square just 150 m from the Rhine beach. There are 3 restaurants, 5 snack shops and a supermarket within easy reach. Bonn and Cologne can be reached in 20 minutes by car. The Rhine cycle path runs in the immediate vicinity as well as a bus line towards Cologne and Bonn.

With the furnishings, the house is ideal for trade fair visitors who need space and may still have to work, but also for smaller groups (max. up to 4) who want to visit their family or Cologne. Rental is possible for a maximum of 4 people.
