Despite the central location (bus to the city center and train to Ehrenfeld only a minute away), it is quiet in the apartment, as it is located in a rear building. The apartment - formerly part of a carpentry that was renovated into an apartment - impresses with its old-building charm, in combination with a stylish, high-quality furnishings.

Our 55 m² basement apartment is located in the annex of an old building in Bad Honnef-Rhöndorf, right at the foot of the Drachenfels and only a few meters from the Rhine. When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Bright and friendly attic flat in the direct vicinity of Cologne/Bonn Airport (5 min.) and yet very quietly located. Buses are within walking distance (3-5 min.). The Porz/Rhine railway station is only 5 minutes away, and from there you can take regional trains to the Deutz trade fair centre in only 10 minutes or to Cologne's main railway station in 15 minutes. My small terraced house has three floors, is about 100 square meters and stands on a plot of almost 300 square meters. I live in the house and move out when guests come. The Rhine and Bonn International School are about 1 km away. The Rhine meadow, the Postbank, the WCCB and Telekom are within a maximum of 4 km. Dogs are very welcome. Since I have very old neighbors and the house is very light-hearted, parties and events are prohibited. Night rest: 10 pm

It has a small private bathroom with shower and you can use the modern and larger shared bathroom one floor below if you like. In the apartment there is also a small kitchenette where you can prepare simple dishes. Otherwise, you can use the shared kitchen downstairs.
