Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location at the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. We provide peace, beautiful nature, warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. We offer you a semi-detached house with two equally equipped, cozy apartments in a new natural main house with a very special ambience. These two apartments can each accommodate up to 6 people. They have a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious sofa and a wood-burning stove for soothing warmth. Now you can also enjoy the cottage magic in the wellness parlor with us. This is accessible for both apartments and is located in the basement.

Welcome to our charming 2-room apartment at Kunsthof Stadlberg on the 2nd floor. A welcoming atmosphere under the sloping roof awaits you. Convenient kitchenette, dining table, comfy sofa. Separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/toilet. Balcony is currently in need of repair, craftsman is hired. Available on request for a worry-free start of the day. Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. We offer a spacious apartment in a very quiet location of Bodenwöhr. It is a good starting point for long hikes and bike rides through Bodenwöhr's forests and nature reserves. In summer/autumn you can collect wonderful mushrooms and wild fruits here. The public swimming area is 110 m away.
