We had an absolutely wonderful and relaxing stay at Susanna and Krister's listing. The decor was welcoming and beautifully curated. The outdoor spaces were little slices of heaven we were eager to enjoy. Susanna and Krister were lovely and attentive hosts and we would love to stay here again!

The stay at this small house was more than pleasant. The sea view, the private patio, and the sound of the waves helped me relax, and write (what I came here to do). The location is very quiet, and you sleep wonderfully well in the large bed. The house is small (but the bedroom is large) but very cozy. You feel good, and isolated from the rest of the world. Bjorn was very welcoming and gave me all the instructions to be comfortable in the house. it is possible to take beautiful walks, run and take your time!

We stayed in the house for 6 days with my spouse and our child, and we were extremely satisfied with everything. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view — enjoying our morning coffee while looking out at the water was such a peaceful start to the day. The jacuzzi was also a great touch — clean, relaxing, and perfect for unwinding after a long day. The house was very clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area, which made it ideal for spending quality family time. The host was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and atmosphere. We would definitely recommend it to anyone, especially families

Perfect summer house to escape city life! Highly recommended for those seeking a slow, relaxing lifestyle. The hosts, Jack and Maria, are incredibly warm and welcoming. Their small dog adds even more charm. They were generous and helpful—solving issues like extra mattresses, showing us how to use the sauna, offering fresh vegetables from their garden, and even helping when we had trouble getting back to the cabin. The location is convenient: you can take a bus to Orminge Centrum (with Systembolaget, Willy’s, etc.), and the SL ferry is just 700m away, taking you to Slussen or Vaxholm. The lake is only a 5-minute walk away. Best for people who want to enjoy cabin life and take it slow.🥰 My mistake: I had my family stay here but planned daily trips to Stockholm, which made them tired. Also, with lots of luggage, Bolt rides were costly and hard to book. It’s not that close to the city—either take 3 buses (~1 hr) or walk 700m to the ferry (~1 hr total), with limited schedules.

We enjoyed our stay in Kristin's and Anders' beautifully renovated soldier's cottage with the highest possible standard. We loved the hot tub, the dock and the view. Anders and Kristin are dream hosts who fix everything and give lots of tips. I needed a small desk to work at and then they fixed it right away. They also gave us copies, tips on great restaurants and curiosities about the surroundings. Thank you so much! We will come back and can highly recommend this idyllic gem! ❤️

A brilliant spot approximately 30 min drive from the centre of Stockholm. Right by the water with sea views and 9min drive to the local town. Our family (kids aged 9 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub. Elin and Johan were great and the house had everything we needed. Hoping to come back soon.

I recommend this peaceful and quiet place on this beautiful island and right next to the wood. This is perfect for lovers of calm ! The cabin is well decorated with details, which makes the stay really pleasant. Catharina has been responding quickly and the communication has been clear. 😊

Beautiful place in a charming area! I loved exploring Vaxholm and the nearby island, and transit to Stockholm is easy, as there is a direct bus. Evie is a great host!

We spent 3 nights at Axels. I would recommend a visit of 3 nights minimum if you are a tourist trying to explore and understand beautiful Stockholm. This apartment is very spacious and great for a family or 2 couples since it has 2 levels. The bathrooms are large and well laid out. The location is absolutely perfect! High quality restaurants offering diverse cuisine are nearby. If you like to walk, as we do, beautiful parks and impeccably maintained boulevards are found nearby in all directions. Thanks for a great experience!!

Lovely apartment in a great location. Easy to move everywhere by public transport. We had everything we need. Andreas was nice and always available to talk with us! Totally recommended!

We have been very well in Tommy's apartment, it is very advisable to stay at his home. The apartment is 10, very comfortable, very clean and with all the necessary comforts. It is 8 km from Stockholm, very well connected with the buses that take you to the city, other than the neighborhood is very quiet and there is a very cozy atmosphere. A place, then, highly recommended to stay and be able to visit Stockholm and its surroundings.

The apartment was beautifully located in the countryside and easily accessible by car. You could walk to the bus stop in 5 minutes, the bus went to the nearest metro station, which took you perfectly to the center of Stockholm. We felt very comfortable in the very stylishly furnished apartment. Absolutely everything has been thought of in terms of amenities. The kitchen was perfectly furnished, even though we didn't cook. It was all absolutely new and very well maintained. The bathroom was very large. The communication with Gabriella and her husband was great. They were always very responsive to any question. We can especially recommend this apartment. If we are back in Stockholm, we will definitely come back. This apartment gets 5 stars plus from us. Thank you for this rest with you.

Monica was a really responsive host and instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location is great, can easily access local transit including metro into the City.

AnnaMaria's home is a little way outside of town but easy to reach by multiple modes of easy to manuever public transportation. I really enjoyed being in a place that felt like home and allowed me to unwind after a long day of exploring the city. Another great aspect is the neighborhood. Her place is on a busy street but it doesn't feel like it at all. The community is laid back and just peaceful. I really enjoyed my time and am grateful AnnaMaria allowed me to stay in her place.

We had a fantastic stay at Barbara’s place during our quick visit to Stockholm! The apartment was right in the heart of one of the coolest neighborhoods in the city — perfect for exploring. Barbara was incredibly flexible and welcoming, and the apartment itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. It truly felt like a five-star experience. Everything went great! Lina was very kind, accepted us a little earlier than the check-in time, for which we are grateful. It's quiet and peaceful nearby, there is a park where you can walk and very beautiful nature. There is a transport nearby that can take you anywhere. Everything is comfortable and very cozy. There are also supermarkets with everything you need. Plus places to eat. We are very grateful for the warm welcome🥰!!
