The apartments are located in Šumava in a quiet location on the outskirts of the mountain village of Stachy near the forest at an altitude of 780 m above sea level. It is located on a sunny slope, only 5 km from the ski center Zadov - Churáňov. It offers beautiful views of the surroundings and a huge garden that provides privacy. Apartment Churáňov is modernly furnished and fully equipped with a fireplace, large 120m2 for 6+2 people, ideal for 2 families with children. Around the house is a large fenced garden with a sauna. The center with shops is a 10-minute walk, there is also a pharmacy in the village.

On the ground floor there are 2 four-bed rooms (1 can also be used as a playroom for children), a shared toilet, 2 bathrooms, a dining room, a kitchen with all the equipment. On the 1st floor there are 6 rooms (1 single with extra bed, 1 double, 2 double with extra bed, 2 triple with extra bed). Upstairs there is a shared toilet and shower, all 6 rooms upstairs have a sink with hot water, 2 rooms have a shower.

A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.
