Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

A perfect place to stay for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room as well as a terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

The apartment is very lovely and we felt very comfortable there. Anja and Götz are very friendly and helpful. We liked the surroundings of the apartment very much, it is very varied and there are several cities and towns nearby that are worth looking at. We would rent the apartment again and again.

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and the communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils.

The apartment was easy to reach, in a beautiful environment and we liked it very much, everything you needed was available and the apartment was very clean. The hostess was very friendly and gave many tips and was always available. We will definitely be back and gladly recommend the hostess and apartment without reservation.

This location was great for us as it was close to the town and friends/family we visited. The place was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed us to be able to sleep really well. Thank you Bettina!

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Also, our late arrival due to traffic was not a problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as great views of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also got excursion tips. Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

Very relaxing stay. Totally pleasing hosts. The pool was really great and the whole garden had sun all day. Very nice places easily and quickly accessible. Very suitable for running/hiking or just relaxing.

Jacqueline is a wonderful host. She welcomed us with a big wave onto the driveway and was incredibly proactive, friendly and responsive throughout. She gave us clear instructions on arrival and the apartment had everything we needed plus essentials for our dog. The apartment was wonderfully decorated, so well that we did not want to leave. The whirlpool worked fantastically with a great back massage function and the log fire made our evening more magical. However the stand out of it all is the extremely comfortable bed and pillows. We had the best nights sleep we have had our entire three month trip. We cannot recommend Jacqueline enough.

The place was great, the rooms were nice and species and garden has a beautiful view! Everything was tidy, clean and organized. Julia was was very kind and helpful with all our questions and requests and the area is stunning. Very recommended!

We had such a lovely stay at Lakeview Residence. The apartment has the most incredible view and is in a great location, with some great hikes very close by. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Emanuel and Sabine were both very kind and friendly.

Very pleasant stay – we'd love to come back! I was only there one night, but felt very comfortable. The room was clean, the staff friendly and the location really nice. I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the breakfast – really delicious and super arranged. Perfect for a short stay – I would definitely come back!

That was already great! Sabine is a warm person with a genuine interest in her guests. She is always helpful and has great tips for the area. The room is a little smaller than it looks in the pictures, but everything is available and everything has been thought of. The only drawback, if there is anything to complain about, is that you can't darken the room well... So taking sleeping glasses makes sense. The house is beautiful, is protected under historic preservation and has a wonderful garden. We felt very comfortable from the first moment and would be happy to come back. Full recommendation from us!
