The activechalets six.nine.eight is located at an altitude of 698 metres at the entrance to Reit im Winkl in front of the Kaiser Mountains, combining the freedom of flats with the possibility of activity and design in a new way. There is something for every active person in the modern fitness room. Afterwards, relax in the sauna and enjoy a round of digital board games on the Fun4Four display.

Vacation home for 1-7 people, 3 bedrooms, 100 m²

Our house, built in 1934, was completely renovated in 2024. Many original parts of the house, such as the solid wood doors, were restored and reused. With a lot of old wood and small loving details, a unique living ambience was created that is reminiscent of an alpine pasture in many areas. However, the usual comfort is not neglected. The ground floor is suitable for wheelchair users and people with walking difficulties. A fire bowl in the garden and a sauna hut are also available.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

For shared use: grill, fire bowl, fitness room, sauna (fee of €20 per heating session), mountain water pool, cinema, outdoor shower, table tennis, snowshoes, sleds and playground equipment in the garden.

In winter, with direct access to the ski slope, and in summer, right by the hiking trail network. Inside, it boasts a rustic wood decor, modern amenities, and a cozy fireplace. S´kloane Wellnesshäusl is a place to unwind in this spacious and serene space with a summer pool, wooden bathtub and garden sauna to relax. The private vacation home was renovated with a lot of love in 2023. The Bavarian Alps, Lake Chiemsee and several swimming lakes and bike tours on the Inn offer great excursion and recreational opportunities. No pets allowed.
