With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Cozy ground-floor 1-room apartment with about 34 sqm. There are three sleeping places: one double bed and a sofa bed 1.80 m long. There is a separate small kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Towels and a hair dryer are provided. Also bed linens and blankets. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine on the first floor. A free parking space is right by the house.
