Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. The attic loft on the Swiss shore of Lake Constance is perfect for vacationers and business travelers looking for exceptional accommodations with a unique panoramic lake view. The apartment is functional and furnished with a lot of love for detail. Parking is available and the train station as well as the lake can be reached in a few steps. The beautiful shore path invites you for walks.

Findling -with its own beach, directly on Bodensee

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Small and cozy is our apartment "Seeherzchen" (23 square meters), which is just a few steps away from the shore of Lake Constance with a swimming area. With beautiful views of the old castle park, you can enjoy a few quiet days by the lake. An indoor pool, sauna or table tennis room are also available in the house. Maybe see you soon?
