Ermatingen is a picturesque fisher village with beautiful walking routes, a few restaurants and the bike-road directly in front of the house. We offer secure parking in our garage for 1 car.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200 m from the swimming area by the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. An indoor pool, sauna & table tennis are also available. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 am - 10 pm, except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. all year round.

Space for solo travelers in Allensbach!

Lake Constance and park 10 min, train 12 min, Schmieder clinics 5 min walk, Konstanz by train 15 min. 35 m² space for you alone, private bathroom, tea pantry with fridge, microwave, DeLonghi capsule machine, kettle, dishes. You have a view of the countryside and an entrance in the basement. New construction in 2011, underfloor heating, perfect for solo travelers. You have it friendly and inspiring. A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Cozy apartment to relax

My apartment in Überlingen is in a very quiet location on Lake Constance. As a guest, you can park directly in front of the apartment. If you want to use public transport, you have a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Feel free to store your wheels. Lake Constance/downtown is about 20 minutes' walk away. You can also have breakfast in a sunny location in front of the apartment. Private parking space for the car and 2 bikes.

Fetscher 2 vacation home

The charming holiday apartment Fetscher 2 is located in a park on the island of Reichenau and offers a wonderful view of the park. The 26 m² property consists of a living room with a bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) a fan, a TV and a table tennis for shared use. A baby cot is available on request.

Welcome to our cozy and quiet place to stay. Enjoy a few relaxing days, let your mind wander. For example, with a good glass of wine and the view from the balcony of the small harbor of Wangen, whose lighting is reflected in the evening in the lake, an extended walk, a hike nearby or a trip by biking or car to one of the cultural-historical places or towns in the vicinity. In the evening, quick to swim in the lake.

Reichenau 1st floor apartment 6 west side (R6)

The 1 bedroom apartment R6 is located on the 2nd floor in a north-west orientation. The entrance and balcony are accessible on the 2nd floor via an external staircase and face west. The apartment can accommodate 2 people. There is a lockable bicycle port, towels and linens are provided, as well as the most important kitchen utensils and appliances such as toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, etc.

Modern and very well-equipped holiday flat directly on Lake Constance with its own beach and several outdoor seating areas. In summer it is wonderful to sunbathe, cool off in the lake and barbecue on the large terrace. In the colder months, the barrel sauna (Extra fees) in the garden, the fireplace, the duo bathtub and the direct lake view invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere.
