Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! The famous 'Blütenweg' and Lake Constance cycle path are in the immediate vicinity. Restaurants, railway station and boat landing stage, an organic bakery/butcher and a small shop as well.

The cozy apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor, with an adjoining bathroom and an upper floor with two bedrooms. It is located in the lovingly renovated former stable building of our farmhouse. This is located in a rural but local part of Tettnang about 8 km from Lake Constance. The apartment combines the charm of former rural use with modern furnishings. The fireplace offers a special ambience, especially in the cold season.

Just 250 m from the western part of Lake Constance, the 'Insel Reichenau' holiday apartment awaits you in a peaceful setting on Reichenau Island. Known for its vegetable cultivation and UNESCO World Heritage status, the island is the perfect starting point for excursions around Lake Constance. The modern apartment (accessible via 3 steps; more steps inside – not barrier-free) stays pleasantly cool in summer.
