Adjacent cycling and hiking trails allow you to make great excursions in nature. Excursion destinations: Hof Zoo, Hof old town, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool, museum, Franconian Forest, Fichtel Mountains, Untreusee, various restaurants and much more.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Particularly noteworthy is the close proximity to the Grand Casino Asch, which can be reached on foot in about ten minutes.

A house with history - Built in 1860 as a Royal Forestry Office building in Mähring, it was restored in several thousand working hours. Enjoy the wonderfully idyllic area as a starting point for excursions to Neualbenreuth, Pilsen, Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary, Eger, Waldsassen and many other attractive destinations in the area. Our house is quietly located, about 2 km from the beautiful Untreusee. It is 5 km to Hof and 10 km to Rehau. We rent a self-contained apartment in the basement, consisting of a living-sleeping area of about 24 square meters, a single kitchen of about 4 square meters and a bathroom of about 3.5 square meters. The apartment is equipped with its own door opener and an intercom.

New and very spacious. Our apartment was completed in 2024. It is located at the foot of the Kornberg in the middle of an actively operated farm. It has a separate entrance and two free parking spaces. The city of Selb is about 6.5 km away. It is a 2-room apartment on two floors for 1-5 people. (6 people are possible on request)
