We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

We want to convey the peace and security of this unique location to our guests. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Türöffner und einer Sprechanlage ausgestattet.
