We had a great stay! The apartment is great, spacious, well equipped in the kitchen and everything was clean. "The view is incredible!!!!! The only point was the flushing of the bathroom from the suite, which was not working well, but as there is a social bathroom, it didn't bring us any discomfort. Communication with Heitor was easy and quick — I had to change the date urgently and he was very helpful. Adriano, who received us, was also super friendly. Without a doubt, if I return to Arraial, I want to stay there again!

Those who have already been know, but those who still want to go, go! The space is in the heart of the bohemian and gastronomic area of Cabo Frio (about 40 m), more precisely, in the Passagem neighborhood, but also very close to the canal, with another huge variety of bars and restaurants, and the beach of the fort is right there, that is, a more than perfect location (apart from the fact that Japônes Island is 1 minute by boat, and the taxi boat is about 100 m from the house). As for the infrastructure, it is super nice, cozy, useful, fragrant, clean, new, in perfect condition. A place not only to sleep, but even to spend the day, cook, watch a movie. It's no regrets, literally, five stars.

The stay was simply perfect! The apartment is even better than in the photos – super cozy, very well decorated, clean and extremely organized. The accommodation is just as described or better. The host greeted us when we arrived and responded immediately to all messages. The place is a very nice gated condominium, very well organized and safe. It's close to Dunas do Pero beach, for me the best in Cabo Frio. The house's facilities are all in perfect condition and well-equipped. The best part is the heated pool. I would definitely go back to Cabo Frio. I wouldn't look for another place to stay. I would go straight back to Simone and Fernando's house

The house is wonderful, well decorated and comfortable. It has a great structure to accommodate larger groups, with sufficient utensils and very nice furniture. In addition, communication with Thais flowed very well, always being kind and flexible. The receptivity and affection made all the difference, we had an excellent experience :) We look forward to returning soon!

Really nice place that matches the pictures. A bit of an adventure get up the roads but we'll worth it also very secure. Great grill and accessories in the kitchen. One minor note, we got back late one afternoon and had fresh fish to cook and decided to use the small oven. The temp only goes to 200 degrees and we didn't notice until we started cooking it - so took a long time. It would have been better on the grill. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice house, spacious, exactly as described on the site. The pool is the highlight of the house, spectacular. Equipped kitchen, barbecue and wood-burning oven, spacious and well-ventilated rooms, house near shops and beach, although the beach is very rough for swimming. The house also has a pond with a beautiful view. Christian is a very kind host and always willing to help. We loved our stay, it was really worth it. We'll be back another time!

Everything is perfect! The house is extremely comfortable, the TVs are Smart with a good Internet connection. Emergency lights throughout the house (there was no light on one of the days but we did not stay in the dark), clean pool, close to the lagoon, which had calm, clean and warm waters. Nothing but praise! I'll be back soon!

We stayed for 3 nights, the apartment matches exactly the descriptions and photos presented in the listing, it is very complete. The host is extremely attentive, responds super fast, and makes check-in and check-out flexible to help us, and even left a treat. It is close to Praia do Sol and Praia do Sudoeste. The kitchen is complete and has all the necessary utensils (plates, cutlery, pots, microwave, etc.). In the living room there is a TV, and right on the balcony there is a very relaxing hammock. The bedroom has air conditioning, a ceiling fan, comfortable beds and bedding (sheets and fluffy duvet), a dresser and hangers. In general, the access to the apartment is by stairs (a few), it has Wi-Fi, it is safe, it has a shower with hot water and towels. Ahh, the condominium is very pleasant, it has a game room, swimming pool, gym, sauna and a part for children to play and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it!!!!
