Das Apt mit eigenem Zugang wird exklusiv von unseren Gästen benutzt. Möglicher Self check-in/-out über die Schlüsselbox, komplett ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Waschmaschine, WLAN, SmartTV. Kleine Ess- und Arbeitstische mit schönem Blick in den Garten und ein kostenloser Stellplatz steht unsere Gäste zur Verfügung

Mediterráneo Regensburg Countryside Apartments

Live in a green and quiet area for holidays called "Regensburger Land" just 10 km far from the world heritage city of Regensburg. You will find a 65 m² flat plus 20 m² terrace, sunny and clean in mediteranean style. Our guests are happy with the full furnished (we prefer natural wood) and fully equipped apartement that is able to serve for up to 4 peoble. We would like to recommend it especially to couples for holidays in Bavaria, Germany or couples with one or two children.

Cozy and bright apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden incl. a grill area and an outdoor shower with hot water. Nearby are many water sports such as diving, SUP, windsurfing, wakeboarding or just swimming, hiking and cycling. The proximity to the Naab also makes it very attractive for anglers. A country inn with a beautiful beer garden is right across the street. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

A 120m2 apartment awaits you on the first floor, the family-run pastry shop Café Zeitler in the quiet Labertal, it is easy to reach from the A 93 and also by train. The perfect small apartment for two people who appreciate a direct connection to Regensburg's old town but want to relax in a quiet location and set off directly from the front door to the park and the adjacent nature reserve. The house with three parties offers privacy through its own access, but also a personal environment and contact person in case of problems. Lidl and bakery open on Sundays only 250 m away.

The spacious and bright apartment in the attic (100 m²) can accommodate 4-5 people. The bedroom has a double bed and a crib for 2 children. The living room also has a pull-out sofa bed. Our garden with pool, trampoline, large lawn for playing soccer, fire pit and grill is available for shared use. We are located directly between Regensburg and the Upper Palatinate Lake District (about 20 km). Charging option for e-bikes and e-cars available.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.

This beautiful 2-room apartment is located on the first floor of our house. Free parking is available right in front of the terrace belonging to the apartment. The separate barrier-free entrance is exclusively for the apartment and its residents. For longer stays, a washing machine can be provided.
