Very quiet location at the end of the cul-de-sac. Free parking right in front of the house. Table tennis and fitness equipment are included in the price. Washing machine can also be used. The area has a separate entrance. Ideal for 2 persons. All rooms described are located in the basement. All rooms have large windows and daylight. The landlord has his washing machine in this area and sometimes has to do his laundry by prior arrangement.
