Our house is located 2 km from the center of Deggendorf at a slight elevation. The loosely built residential area is surrounded by greenery with no through traffic. The nearby mixed forests invite you to take a relaxing walk. The holiday apartment with its own bathroom is located on the entire upper floor of the house. The sloping ceilings create a very cozy atmosphere. Solid wood furniture and cork floors with natural surfaces contribute to a healthy, comfortable climate.

The place was very clean and we could arrange the check-in and check-out flexibly with Andrea, who was a very warm host. Our absolute highlight was the panoramic sauna from which you can watch the sunset wonderfully. All in all, highly recommended◡!

We stayed as a family of four in the very lovingly furnished accommodation. Our children are girls 13 yrs and boy 9 years old. We were received very kindly by our hosts. The surroundings are in a very quiet environment and pure nature. Right in front of the house are chickens, cows and rabbits. Within walking distance you can take short and long hikes. Even on rainy days you will find suitable, inexpensive alternatives for families ( in e.g. Deggendorf and rain). It was very clean in the house and there was nothing missing. I especially want to mention the kindness of the people around. For us, it was a very nice holiday all around. Highly recommended for families, nature and hiking enthusiasts. We will be happy to come back.

The host, Uli, was very kind and fulfilled many of our wishes.They came to pick me up at the station, and the room had a very relaxing and nice atmosphere.We were able to communicate in broken English, which was very helpful.I'd love to stay again if I get the chance to go to Germany again.It was such a good place to stay and the host was so good that I couldn't find anything disappointing.

From booking to check-out, everything went smoothly. Both the communication with the host and the housekeeper was timely and flexible. The cottage is very cozy and the surroundings were nice and quiet. We didn't feel like partying at the turn of the year, but we wanted to be more secluded and that's exactly what we found there. The kitchen is well equipped, you can heat the living room and the bathroom well, we didn't miss anything. We had looked at hiking tours before, but then just started walking out the front door, which worked out wonderfully and was also very nice.

A compact kitchen area is equipped with modern gray cabinetry and a dark countertop. Appliances include a microwave and coffee maker, complemented by utensils and storage containers. A small green plant adds a touch of nature to the space, set against light wood flooring.
