Excellent location just off the main square. Very nice two bedroom cottage with spacious open plan kitchen and living area. Within easy walking distance to brewery's, great pubs and several great restaurants.

Neil's cottage was a very pleasant place to stay while visiting the Yorkshire Dales.

Helen was an excellent host. The location was perfect, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of Harrogate. The house was spotless and very well equipped. 100% will stay again.

The house was fabulous, so homely with luxurious touches, bedding, furniture to name just a few. Well equiped with dishwasher etc. Parking directly outside with permits supplied. Wendy responded quickly and checked all was well with us. A wonderful stay.

Amazing kitchen we both loved cooking in our tapas meal in it. It was great to have a selection of herbs and spices already in the kitchen. Everything clean and tidy . A fantastic location with parking but perfect if you are foot. Easy access from the station and into the city. The accommodation was as specified, nicely furnished and fully kitted out if you want to cook, iron etc. Overlooking the city walls but a quiet location nevertheless. We has a very happy stay.

Lovely clean flat with all amenities-super extra touches with fresh flowers, milk, biscuits etc. Great local maps with information about shops, restaurants and attractions. In fact the whole experience really could not have been better!

Beautiful little hidden gem! A perfect stay whilst we attended a wedding at Middleton Lodge. The flat was well equipped, bed was super comfy and the towels were large and fluffy! I would deffinatley reccomend to others 😃😃. Thank you Fiona!

We had a lovely weekend for my wife’s birthday staying at Fay’s apartment, everything is right on your doorstep, lots of pubs and eateries a short walk away, the apartment is really nice and homely, loved all the little personal touches and she was very helpful and always replied very quickly, thanks again Fay and we will definitely be booking with you again x

Gorgeous, stylish and comfortable flat in a great location for exploring the city. Everything has been thought about: the interior design, the kitchen equipment, the parking permits and the coffee pods, and everything was comfortable and stress free. Spotlessly clean, impeccable comms and a really friendly welcome. There is some road noise, so if you're not normally a city dweller, you could be disturbed. Wasn't a problem for us - highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Fantastic location - very close to centre of town, just yards away from the Market Square. Accommodation was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. My stay there could not have been more enjoyable.

We have just spent a weekend at Kate’s beautifully clean and well appointed flat in the centre of Grassington. The beds were extremely comfortable and the entire flat was bright and airy. Throughout the booking Kate was very responsive and very helpful with any questions we had. Lots of lovely independent shops to look around and we can highly recommend The Stripey Badger coffee shop and also The Devonshire pub. If we ever found ourselves in the area again we would certainly stay here again.

Chris's apartment is very comfy and clean and perfectly placed for exploring Teesdale, Weardale, Barnard Castle and the local area. Chris offered lots of useful recommendations and was a helpful and friendly host. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Such a lovely place, had a nice girly weekend for my hen do with my bridesmaids and maid of honour and the hosts were really sweet. They were happy to co-ordinate with my maid of honour so the whole thing was a really nice surprise and it was overall really private and peaceful with such stunning views. Would highly recommend and think we will definitely be booking again 🤍

My family and I (7 adults & 1 child) recently stayed at ‘The Cottage’ and we all agreed that it was a wonderful holiday. The house is beautiful, very spacious, spotlessly clean and was well equipped for all of our needs. The hub is definitely the kitchen, we enjoyed playing family board games around the dining table. The gardens are amazing we loved watching wild rabbits, squirrels and cows everyday. It was nice to see home grown vegetables and a herb garden too. Our grandson enjoyed playing football with his dad in the garden, jumping on the trampoline and feeding the fish. It is ideally located for travelling into York and not far from the designer outlet. Our group ranged in age from 2yrs to 78yrs and there was something for everyone to do at the house. We all really needed a family break due to recent illness and enjoyed spending time together making lovely memories. We hope to be able to stay again and thank both Neil and Adrienne for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Enjoyed a memorable weekend with the family in this house. Location was ideal, right in the heart of one of our favourite places with pubs, restaurants and good walks nearby. House has so much character and has all the facilities you need for a large group of people. Housekeepers that we met were very friendly and welcoming.
