My partner and I absolutely love Grand Junction and cannot wait for visitors to enjoy it as well! You will have access to the room through a private entrance around the back of the house. You will have to go down either the stairs or an unpaved hill beside the stairs, so we do not recommend booking this room if you have accessibility needs. Great location: -1 mile from Two Rivers Winery -3.3 miles from Lunch Loop Trailhead -Quiet home with great views of Monument National Park

Cozy, kid and bike friendly in a rural setting

We are a little off the beaten path away from the hustle and lights of the city. We are 5 miles from downtown Fruita and 10 miles from Grand Junction. Seasonally, in warmer months, we have evaporative cooling; in cooler months, there is in-floor radiant heat. We are rural, so farm animals are nearby along with occasional noises and smells. You can also hear and sometimes feel the rumble of the train day or night. Please make yourself at home in our comfy and cozy guesthouse!

Our secluded 40 acre property sits against BLM, about 35 minutes from Grand Junction and Fruita, above the Colorado National Monument. Our home has stunning views that offer endless hiking and biking right from our backdoor. The guest quarters is a large private apartment in the lower level of our home with its own locking entrance within our house. Our family lives upstairs, so expect some noise during the day.
