Central location-Hot springs, wineries etc! Escape to a peaceful rural stay in this fully renovated, spotlessly clean guesthouse on 5 acres. The guesthouse is separate from the main home and located at the rear of the property. Enjoy a relaxed country atmosphere with horses and sheep grazing nearby, natural farm sounds and open surroundings. While private, this is a working rural setting rather than a fully secluded retreat. A comfortable and welcoming base , a perfect home away from home!

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. It's in an ideal location, close to nearby to beaches, wineries and great eateries that the Mornington Peninsula is famous for.
