Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Australia

Sadly only a quick one night stay but we loved every minute. Jacqueline has thought of everything and kitchen is well stocked to cook a great meal. We were happy sitting outside to eat & relax and enjoyed the butterflies & birdlife. Looking forward to a return visit, just needs to be longer. Thanks Jacqueline

We had the most beautiful stay at stargazer. Robi was an excellent host and very friendly and informative with hope arrival messages. His place was easy to find. The place is scenic and wonderful and we enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful views and amenities. The bath with the amazing view and the glass ceiling were the highlights for sure! We made sure to recommend online as lots of friends were asking where we stayed after seeing our stories posted online. We definitely would love to come back and stay again!

We had a great stay at Mallacoota Magic. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The wrap around view of the lake was just stunning. So peaceful and quiet and lovely to see some kangaroos up close, grazing in the surroundings. Thank you so much for the added extras you supplied. We felt very welcomed.

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. The Stables is gorgeous, with lots of small, thoughtful details that made the weekend so easy (stocked cupboards, board games, toiletries, toys and a portacot for my toddler…). Samara was very easy to communicate with and left plenty of instructions and information about the property and the area. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway!

We have just returned from a fantastic 3 night stay. The property is quiet, very cosy, well equipped, nicely furnished and very clean. The owners have clearly put a lot of effort in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The setting right on the lakeside with fire pit is beautiful with an excellent view of water, bushland and wildlife. We highly recommend this property. Thank you!

Had an absolutely incredible stay here! After a massive few years of study, this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing and restful week away. Lots of lovely personal and thoughtful touches which made this easily the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Such a peaceful and private space, would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home—not just a holiday rental. Everything was so well maintained, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay comfortable and stress-free. Ben and Tess were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. Communication was seamless, and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home. It’s the little things that really stood out: a pantry stocked with essentials like olive oil, a lovely selection of teas and coffee, and even fresh milk waiting in the fridge. These thoughtful touches made such a difference. The decor throughout the house was absolutely stunning—stylish yet cozy, with so much attention to detail. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. The home is in the perfect spot, with scenery that you’ll remember long after your trip is over. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend it!

Overall a nice place to stay. Peter was super responsive and he replace the shampoo immediately when I told him it ran out.

Very relaxing stay at Kerrie's 2-bedroom place. Well-furnished with all you need. Cereals, croissants, and milk in the fridge were nice touches. Beds are very comfortable. 2-minute drive into the centre of Merimbula for shops and restaurants. Pleasant headland walk nearby. Kerrie was away and her stand-in was responsive and helpful. We can recommend Kerrie's place.

Jerome is such a hospitable guy! we felt at home and enjoyed our stay although it's only for a night. bedrooms are huge and spacious, and there's 2 bathrooms which is a bonus for a family. location is just about 10 mins to Lancelin. I would recommend anyone to stay at their place if you are visiting Lancelin!

Beautiful home and fantastic host! Super clean, elegant space with a very large kitchen, living space and incredibly comfortable bed. Scottie was extremely accommodating with both our 11pm check in and use of the spa under the stars. Always available to help, we felt right at home and loved feeding the sheep in the morning!

Medlow Bath is a fantastic, peaceful location near to Leura, Katoomba and Blackheath. Denise was a wonderful host and provided us with many recommendations for the area. The space was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

Thanks for the great stay. Harold had great communication, the place was nicely set up, was very clean, easy to check in and out of and was in a great location, With just a short walk down to the beachfront and with many shops and cafes walking distance nearby.

Close to our function in a local brewery. Ferry's are close and cheap.

Yantra's place was a peaceful hideaway tucked away in Avoca. The place was clean and well maintained yet cozy, had all the amenities we needed (portable stove, pots and pans, oil, utensils, washing machine, internet, dryer). The outdoor sitting area was comfortable and overlooked the beautiful garden. The place colourful and full of personality, we felt very at home during our stay. Thank you again.

This cabin is one to remember! What a fantastic place. You will not be disappointed by this lovely modern designed cabin nestled in a private nature oasis! We will be back and recommend to our friends and family. Thank-you for having us Dan!

Orchards Nest. Where do we even start? This place is absolutely incredible, so beautiful and so secluded. The house itself has this cosy cabin feel with so many unique touches. The hot tub and the view are definitely the highlights of this property. We had a small elopement here and it was honestly such a beautiful and intimate location and space! Esther is fantastic to deal with as well, so kind and thoughtful! 10/10 recommend!

A beautiful spot that was well set up with a fire stacked ready to go, fresh loaf of sour dough and a lovely breakfast for the morning. Stunning views and Andra & Terry were lovely and gave heaps of local suggestions

It doesn’t get much better! Gorgeous, thought out cabin with picturesque views over the farmlands. The spots to sit, relax & enjoy the sunrises & sunsets were endless. Too many special touches to name. We didn’t even get to pick up our own books as there were too many great ones on offer! Perfect time of the year to relax by the fire pit or fire place inside, enjoy the heated pool, Kurui cabin offers it all! A definite must! Two nights wasn’t enough, lucky we’re local. A lovely little escape for my partner and I. The most gorgeous and relaxing getaway, waking up to views of kookaburras and kangaroos outside! The hottub and fire pit was a favourite for us. Michael was a great host, always keeping in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were well looked after! Thank you xx

Mind blown. The entire journey, from driving along the National Park road, into the rainforest, through the clouds and mist to arriving at the cabin, getting the fire roaring then settling in for the night. We cooked juicy steaks under the stars for dinner and in the morning had a hot cooked breakfast whilst gazing into the layers of distant landscapes. Super fresh air and a very cosy cabin. 10/10.

We enjoyed a beautiful stay at Little Hop House. It’s so beautiful and peaceful, the perfect place for a quiet getaway to unwind. Alexis was a fantastic host. Very friendly and responsive and extremely helpful with local suggestions. She also took us on a little tour of the farm to meet their beautiful animals, which we loved and really appreciated. The house itself is extremely clean and has everything you would need. The kitchen is large and well equipped. Sitting on the deck in the morning sun watching the cows graze on the grass was the perfect way to start a day. I highly recommend Little Hop House for anyone looking for a peaceful and cosy retreat.
