The panoramic terrace is the heart of everything: a pergola between vines, bougainvillea, date palms, bamboo and lemons, from which the gaze sweeps over the sea of Porto Recanati, the Basilica of Loreto and on clear days, the snow-capped peaks of the Apennines. Even inside, nature is at home: monstera, pothos and flowering plants create a serene and fragrant atmosphere. It's one of those places where time slows down on its own.

Casa Vacanze "La Roccetta" is a terraced house surrounded by greenery, within walking distance of the center of Loreto and a few kilometers from the beaches of the Conero Riviera and Recanati, the birthplace of the famous poet Giacomo Leopardi. Located in a quiet and private location, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people: ideal for families, couples or small groups of friends. Perfect for those who want to relax away from the chaos, without giving up the comfort of the sea just minutes away.

In a resort inside Monte Conero Park, your children could run freely in the common green spaces, play with peers, or choose between: swimming in the pool (summer), playing five-a-side football, tennis... or a dip in the sea! The beach is about 400 meters walk along a flat road. The position of the apartment is slightly away from the comings and goings of other vacationers, making it an idyllic nest, for a couple's aperitif at sunset or while doing your wake-up yoga , while watching the sun rise.

The accommodation is located in a large villa in the hills of Recanati with a large outdoor garden, at a perfect distance from Loreto (6 km) and the sea of the beautiful Conero Riviera (12 km Porto Recanati, 17 km Numana). A breathtaking view between the sea and the Marche hills.

The house is a small apartment converted from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, cozy and intimate. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave. A refuge where you can experience regenerating moments in a disruptive nature and discover a rich territory

Casetta RosaClara is a former barn inside the courtyard of Casale del Gelso (ancient farmhouse of the late 1800s) located in the Marche countryside. Independent, it consists of two mini apartments of about 40 sqm each and communicating. Very bright and panoramic, it has a terrace/solarium and a pleasant and beautiful space, common to the two rooms, where you can relax and refresh. Newly renovated, it has all the amenities, harmonizing tradition with modern needs.

The completely renovated structure stands less than 100 meters from the sea where you have the choice between a free beach or an equipped beach with sunbeds, umbrellas and restaurant service. The house, completely independent and free on all 4 sides, offers maximum privacy with the possibility of using an outdoor area and a large square where you can comfortably park your car. Chalet Fiastra

Maison en Pierre is located in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. The property is 140 square meters (1,500 square feet) and is situated above Lake Fiastra. The stone farmhouse dates back to the 1500s and features an outdoor relaxation area in the garden with a hot tub and sauna, all of which are eco-friendly. Guests have exclusive use of the property. There is a surcharge of €15 per night for the firewood provided and €15 per night for each dog.
