Vacation rentals with a patio in Ražanac

Everything was great, but the large terrace overlooking the sea, the island and Zadar is the best point of the apartment

Spacious apartment, nice terrace and barbecue area. We didn’t miss anything, having all the needed amenities at hand. We felt comfortable and had plenty of space for 6 people. Parking places available right next to the terrace. Would definitely recommend.

The house is very nice and above all clean, the hosts attentive to our needs, very kind, one night they also offered to cook for us. If we were to return to that area of Croatia we would be happy to come back to them. We highly recommend it to those who want to vacation there.

We had such a lovely time! Milena was a wonderful host, very welcoming, communicative and helpful. The apartment and view was absolutely lovely, we wish we could have stayed longer!

A very nice penthouse with a beautiful view of the sea. Nicely decorated and comes with a very enjoyable jacuzzi and sauna. Within walking distance to the beach for swimming. Monika is an excellent host and responds very quickly if you have questions.

Fantastic location and spectacular views of old town Zadar!! Top floor with a lovely kitchen and expansive balcony. 110 stairs up to the top floor are quite a challenge but well worth the effort. Really a nice apartment. Parking is a bit of a challenge though.

We were there for a girls' vacation and the apartment was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. It looked like the photos and we were not disappointed. Everything was super clean and tidy. One of the highlights was the heated pool overlooking the sea 🤩 The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, we had a rental car and so everything was easily accessible. We were also often out and about with Uber without any problems. A few days before our arrival, we received a message from Blazenko with all the important information. Although we arrived very late on the day of arrival, he took a lot of time and explained everything to us. Blazenko was always available to us and gave us many tips. We definitely recommend the place.

Very nice and quiet place in great suroundings

We loved everything about our stay in this beautiful property. It is built and furnished so thoughtful and aesthetic and we all felt that this space radiated such a calm energy. It is perfect to switch off and fully enjoy time offgrid whilst being provided with everything you might possibly need and feel very much at home. The garden, patio and pool are super big and are amazing to spend a looot of time. And last but not least: Vladimir and his parents were incredibly kind hosts and took very sweet care of us which made the stay extra special. Thanks a lot!

Stipe's place is like a little paradise in the paradise of Croatia. The apartment is well equipped, parking right outside the door, private access to the sea and the location / view is unique. Stipe responded to every message immediately, was polite and accommodating at all times and we didn't miss anything. Direct access to the clean sea, privacy and shopping and adventure opportunities within minutes rounded off our vacation. The contact with Stipe's brother was also warm and friendly at all times. We can recommend this place with our fullest satisfaction. Thanks for having us <3

The house is located in a charming village and the house is equipped with everything as described. Excellent value for money. If I could, I'd give it 10 stars.

We arrived 2 hours earlier than planned but we were able to inform Andrej one hour before arrival and were then allowed to check in earlier. The house was clean and something to eat and drink was already in the fridge for us. An employee of Andrej explained everything to us and also came every morning in the morning when everyone was still asleep to clean the pool. In the house you can use the dishwasher and also the washing machine, tabs and dish soap have already been there. Outside, the lighting switches on automatically in the evening and unfortunately can't be turned off manually, which makes it seem like rooms from outside. There is a supermarket and a bakery nearby, which are open every day. It is about 30 minutes to Pag, there is also the nearest gas station and larger supermarkets. It is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the sea and you can walk directly into the water even without bathing shoes. All in all, you can take a great vacation here. Glad to come back!

Great welcome, answers to all our questions, the river view is stunning. We took advantage of the very spacious terrace. Only one regret; the stay was too short.

The place is really very nice, very modern and wonderfully equipped. There was nothing missing (fully equipped kitchen, grill, heated pool, air conditioning, washing machine, towels, etc.) The communication was great and everything worked smoothly. The accommodation is definitely recommended as it offers everything and is in a quiet location, so you can relax perfectly. Highly recommended. Thank you for everything!

Super nice and green property. Unfortunately, a lot of construction rubbish outside and the neighbors' dogs bark very often and also early at 5 o'clock. The place was great. Good communication, very well equipped and Ana was very helpful. In May, the weather is still very cold in the evening, so we missed real blankets, but with the heating you could heat up the room. Despite the wind, the UV radiation is already very strong. Short distance to the airport about 20 minutes and shopping about 15 minutes away. The pool is heated which was ideal in our weather. The garbage collection comes every 3-4 days. At the beginning there was also bread, cold cuts, water, cola and milk in the fridge. We were very happy about that after the flight. We will be happy to come back.

Bruno’s apartment was clean, cozy, and matched the photos perfectly. He was a communicative and helpful host, even letting us check out later. The only slight downside was some street noise, but overall it was a great stay and I’d happily come back.

Very nice appartment in a beautiful Amadria Sibenik resort. We enjoy its perfect location, right on the beach, and sea view from the balcony. Hosts were very responsive and gave clear instructions. Bathroom and kitchen were renovated recently. We missed only sun shade on the balcony which is shown on the cover picture. Sun umbrella is present, but not that usefull due to its size and wind. We wish we had, for a 4 member family, extra wardrobe too. Private parking is available, however outside the resort.

Wonderful place with a friendly host!

The view of the water is beautiful, and there is a great way to enter the water in peace. The apartment was clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was extremely friendly, helpful and approachable at all times. The surroundings offer lots of peace and nature. The restaurant operation right next door did not bother us. A clear recommendation!

Jasna's place was perfect, beautiful to be, the neighborhood, just everything! The location is great for those who want privacy. Jasna and her husband are very kind and friendly people, and they're at your fingertips anytime. I recommend the place to all ten. Great!

My family and I stayed with Marijana at the end of September. The place matched the description and was a relaxing experience with the pool. Our hostess was very warm, helpful and even regularly brought us fresh fruit from her garden and helped us with many great tips for the area. Unfortunately, the location of the place is not really central. In the surrounding villages there are small beaches, but you should consider having a car for exploration, as it is very quiet nearby and you have to drive a little further out for more action. Nonetheless, it was a great stay and we say goodbye gratefully from Vrana, Croatia. ❤️
