This unique place has a style of it's own, just renovated in 2024 from an old 1926 Istrian type stone house. The house features old-meets-new modern style dominated by local stone, concrete, oak and steel. For 2025 the house will be equiped with stunning black tile perimeter pool that overflows to all four sides. Casa Molá is located in a quiet area mostly surrounded by few houses and mostly nature, accessible to local natural pebble beach in just a 10-minute easy walk through a pine forest.

Nadomak mora, sa svojom ponudom iznajmljivanja apartmana nudi odmor prožet prirodom i tišinom. Sa svojim brojnim specifičnostima zadovoljiti će sve vaše zahtjeve za idealnim odmorom. Studio apartment with the balcony facing the sea front, beautiful panoramic view and the sea view from the bed. Studio is part of the Bellevue house. In the garden there is a grill. Parking free in front of the house. Nice and easy walk to the sea, or even longer walks by the sea.Nice, cristal clear sea water , shoes for swimming good to have. Labin is about 13 km. away. Interesting is the old town, on tuesday evening, free guided tour.

Ova jedinstvena kućica je udaljena 10 metara od mora. U potpunoj je osami, najbliža kuća je na 300 metara zračne linije. Gostima je na raspolaganju: - prostrana terasa, - vanjska kuhinja, - 2 ležaljke, - suncobran, - vanjski tuš i - 2 stand up paddle daske. Pogodno za 2 odrasle osobe sa djetetom, krevet 160x200 i kauč koji se izvlači u ležaj 140x200. Do posjeda se može doći "normalnim" automobilom, a parking je na 50 metara od kuće.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.
