Linda, and her apartment, are the ideal solution for those who want to feel good in Cesenatico. Linda is a kind, practical and extremely friendly person. She loves the space she offers, and this can be seen in every detail. The apartment is perfect: top floor of a beachfront building, with balcony over the entire perimeter. It's new, super bright, and stocked with everything. The location, also thanks to the electric ferryway that crosses Porto Canale, is a short distance from the center and Levante beach. There were four of us and we had a great time. Thanks Linda!

Thank you so much for a great stay! Our first vacation with our daughter (10 months). The apartment was perfect for it - with a crib and high chair, just a few minutes' walk to the sea and restaurants. To Diana‘s, Daniele‘s and our surprise, we showed up accidentally one day to early because I mixed up the booking (so sorry again!). They were super helpful to find us another spot for that one night. On the day of our actual booking, check-in and everything was super easy. The flat was very neat and nice. We had a very lovely stay there. The location was also very good. We can only recommend to stay here when travelling to Ravenna. Thank you again!

The stay in Faenza was short, returning from the Riviera del Conero, but pleasant. Beppe welcomed us in a friendly way and we felt really at home. The apartment is in a great location, spacious and elegant. We recommend it for spending a few days away from home, but with all the comforts of your home.

The apartment is in a quiet street in the city center, spacious enough for 4 people with a wonderful clean and modern bathroom. Private parking is in the backyard, but it is necessary to think that it is in the ZTL zone and therefore it is necessary to report each time you enter the ZTL zone from 8:30 to 20:30, but there is no problem. Michele is a very kind and helpful host, he gave us advice on everything we needed. Definitely if I ever come back to Ravenna, this place will be my priority.

Very convenient location at walking distance from all the main sights, the house was perfectly clean and beautifully decorated. Perfect for families with a baby or toddler like us as the house is equipped with a travel cot, highchair, and microwave. We found free parking available at the property. A little extra city tax has to be paid after booking (we paid €1.60 per person, per night), as stated in the listing. Communication with the host was a little more complex than usual as you get in touch with a property agent at first, and only after an online check-in are you given the host's phone number, whom you have to contact to receive information on how to access the apartment. Apart from this extra step, the host and agent were both very courteous and answered all questions. All in all, a 5-star stay!

With Maria, we stayed in a cozy, centrally located apartment. The hostess gave us a friendly welcome. Everything was clean and tidy. If we had any questions, we could contact Maria at any time. A new experience for us was that Maria filled the guest refrigerator with plenty of drinks and basic food. What generosity! We felt completely comfortable. Apart from the distance between our home and Dozza: vacation at Maria's - always happy to come back.

Stefano is a great host, very easy to communicate with and help you if you need it. The apartment was perfect for a couple and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance of shops, train station and restaurants. I would definitely recommend staying with Stefano and would love do do it again in the future.

Probably the loveliest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Luxurious room and house, idyllic pool and grounds, incredible views and a delicious breakfast each day. I'd definitely recommend opting for breakfast - this was a fresh, thoughtful selection served in the house's exquisite dining room, a perfect start to the day. Francesca was friendly, helpful and accommodating, arranging for our check in an hour early and helping us with a taxi to the station at the end of our trip. Thank you for such a sublime stay!

We were warmly and very hospitably received by Simona in her beautiful apartment. This location is recommended, the beach is within walking distance, but it is also a good base to explore the old town and the surroundings of Rimini.

A very nice small apartment. The shower without a shower cubicle was also fine, you just adapt :-) The kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning worked great. The beach is really close and of course the reserved sun loungers and the parasol on the most beautiful beach in the area are worth a lot. Communication was quick, easy and very friendly. I would definitely recommend the place.

Absolutely positive experience! :) Mr. Stefano is very punctual and kind, ready to provide clarification regarding questions and curiosities about the accommodation and the details of general rules, services, check-in and check-out. Apartment as shown in the photos and more, the double in the photos looks smaller when in reality it is very spacious! Everything clean and tidy, comfortable beds and quiet area, we all rested very well! :) A stone's throw from the Palacongressi, excellent as a base in these cases. All guests satisfied with the experience and good value for money compared to the amenities offered. Nothing else to add:) See you next time!

Our stay was very satisfactory. Cinzia's house is very large with spacious and comfortable rooms and a spacious and well-stocked kitchen. The outdoor space is really nice, too bad we couldn't make the most of it in the winter season. Cinzia and her husband were kind and helpful. More than recommended.

The apartment is very spacious, organized and clean, modern and technological. The property offers a swimming pool and hot tub, and the parking is private and is located in front. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and an oil/salt and spice kit. There are 3 bathrooms, complete with towels and soap. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a wonderful stay, we will definitely be back!
