Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". To visit the city take a 25 minute car drive or the 44 Lothian bus at the end of the road for a 45 min bus ride to Edinburgh City Centre. Complimentary milk, coffee, tea and sugar plus cereal for your first breakfast. Shops, restaurants, bars, cafe & takeaways within a short walk. A parking spot on the drive is available on request.

Located at the edge of Edinburgh and only 10 minutes by car from Edinburgh Airport, this is the perfect location for tourists that want to be near the airport but not too close to central Edinburgh! Bus stop, local supermarket and restaurants are only 5 minutes by walking so everything is nearby. Late check-in is welcome, I cater to travelers that land late or have an early flight the morning after. ✈️ Property has one camera located at the back garden for security.
