The holiday apartment is located in a rural area, not far from Bad Schandau. In both winter and summer, the view from the terrace over the Saxon Switzerland is well worth enjoying. Each window of the apartment also offers a calming view that inspires you to explore nature and spend time outdoors. Every sunrise and sunset is a treat for the soul. You can observe the animals and, together with us, also feed and cuddle them. Manfred, our cat, is usually out roaming but remains curiously nearby at a little distance. You will love the scenery and the peace and quiet. Children can use our football field or explore the nearby forest. The meadow invites you to run around, play, and relax. You can use the barbecue upon request when the weather is not too windy. You can purchase charcoal and fire starters at the nearby supermarket or bring your own.

Our cozy vacation home is located in the heart of Saxon Switzerland National Park on the outskirts of Bad Schandau and is therefore the ideal starting point for many excursions: hiking and climbing in the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, tours on the Elbe Cycle Path or relaxing in the Toskana Therme! The small wooden house is quietly located on a large meadow property, surrounded by greenery. Our guests particularly appreciate this idyllic location, the good accessibility and the coziness of the accommodation.

There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, the Toskanatherme, the Kirnitzschtalbahn, the historic Sendig lift or, for example, the National Park Center in the immediate vicinity. Directly from the property you can hike to the Schrammsteine, the Kohlbornstein or the Rathmannsdorfer lookout tower. All other highlights of Saxon and Bohemian Switzerland can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Shepherd's wagon tiny house - parking, garden, Wi-Fi

Our shepherd's wagon is located on our Kraxlerhof, in the middle of Saxon Switzerland overlooking the Ochelwände. With a lot of love, we have now completed our shepherd's wagon at the end of July 2022 for up to two people. All hiking destinations are easily accessible from our farm. We are happy to give you interesting excursion tips around the hiking region of Saxon Switzerland.
