Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

If you prefer a "family-run accommodation" with charm, good facilities, taste and restrained design "instead of an impersonal and cheap-looking collection of furniture in a plastic ambience, and also want to take the opportunity for a small, friendly "chat" (but don't have to), then not only "baby boomers" are absolutely in the right place here. The surroundings invite you to many adventures.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. The space is bright and cheerful and is located in a quiet residential area. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony every morning. Angelika was very friendly and I had no trouble with communication. She let us park our large van and trailer in front of her house which we greatly appreciated. The attic apartment was clean and inviting with an eclectic mix of decor that gave off a nostgic 80s vibe. It reminded me of visiting my grandparents as a child, complete with children's artwork framed on the walls. I loved it! Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. Angelika's apartment is right downstairs and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and she was more than happy to help. I could tell that she puts lots of love and care into this space both inside and outside and we felt at home the whole time.
