A colorful, non-smoking apartment renovated in 2021 with a separate entrance. The apartment is quietly located, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). The center can be reached in about 15 minutes' walk or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people. There is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In addition, you use a kitchen, bathroom, dining room, hallway and storage room. A children's travel bed and high chair are available on request.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. A supermarket and a kiosk are within walking distance and ensure that everything for everyday needs can be taken care of quickly and easily. The location combines tranquility with diversity: Take a trip to the North Sea coast, discover the Zwischenahner Meer and the Park der Gärten. The Rastede Schlosspark, including the castle and palace, is a great place to take a walk. Oldenburg city center is within easy reach, as is the nearby beach club or Jaderpark.

We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Well suited for business travelers, singles and couples, possibly also with child, sofa bed available. We look forward to seeing you!

The purple guest house is located in a spacious garden with old trees close to the farm and offers space for a couple, but also for four adults or a family. Throughout the garden and in the courtyard, there are shady spots for the grown-ups to relax, as well as hidden, overgrown corners and play areas for the children. A swivel grill with fire bowl invites you to evening campfires on the communal barbecue terrace.

Welcome to your home away from home! In addition to the clear, cozy Scandinavian design, the apartment impresses with its huge roof terrace (approx. 20 m²). The apartment has a living / dining room, a cozy bedroom and a bathroom. There is a comfortable bed of 1.80 x 2 m and a pull-out sofa with two additional sleeping places. The city center and the train station are each less than 2 km away.

The semi-double is located in the beautiful residential town of Rastede. In 15 minutes on foot, you are in the center of Rastede. There are lots of shopping options here. Supermarkets can be reached in 10 minutes by foot. Our property is located directly on the Schlossgarten. By car or bus you are also in Oldenburg (Oldb.) in 15 minutes. Here, too, you will find numerous attractions.

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
