Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

Very nice stay in a feel-good atmosphere, bright spacious apartment with small loving extras, great location, very central and quiet (but: next to a school), view of green trees, birdsong. Very helpful nice landlord. Downtown within walking distance, park also, where you can lie down on the meadow by the water.

The modern bathroom features a spacious shower area with clear glass doors. A circular mirror with integrated lighting is mounted above a dark wood vanity. Tiled walls with a decorative strip add visual interest, while a toilet and towel holder are positioned nearby.

I booked a weekend at Nicola's to take a little break and relax. That worked perfectly. I was able to switch off in peace and always just be myself in the construction trailer. It is very sweetly furnished, very cozy and everything you need is available. In addition, very nice people, I highly recommend it as a small retreat!

A wonderfully cozy oasis to feel good. The sauna is wonderful, even with loungers to relax afterwards. Karin and Sebastian are nice hosts, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. Very comfortable beds and plenty of opportunities for excursions in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. The space is bright and cheerful and is located in a quiet residential area. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed relaxing on the balcony every morning. Angelika was very friendly and I had no trouble with communication. She let us park our large van and trailer in front of her house which we greatly appreciated. The attic apartment was clean and inviting with an eclectic mix of decor that gave off a nostgic 80s vibe. It reminded me of visiting my grandparents as a child, complete with children's artwork framed on the walls. I loved it! Everything was clean and tidy and the bed was comfortable. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices. Angelika's apartment is right downstairs and if we needed anything all we had to do was ask and she was more than happy to help. I could tell that she puts lots of love and care into this space both inside and outside and we felt at home the whole time.

The location was perfect, quiet and yet central, so you could reach everything easily. The host was incredibly friendly, helpful and always available for questions. The check-in was very quick and easy.
