Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

A supermarket and a kiosk are within walking distance and ensure that everything for everyday needs can be taken care of quickly and easily. The Rastede Schlosspark, including the castle and palace, is a great place to take a walk. Oldenburg city center is within easy reach, as is the nearby beach club or Jaderpark.

You are vacationing in the residential town of Rastede. The vacation home is located about 200 m from the Hirschtor, which is the entrance to the Rastede Palace Park. Beautiful hiking trails invite you to relax and do sports activities such as jogging, walking and hiking. Within a radius of less than a kilometer, your physical well-being is ensured by several grocery stores and bakeries. Car and bikes are supplied by gas station and bike shop/workshop.

The Nest is a cozy, centrally located holiday apartment on the third floor of a listed villa, offering special charm and wide views over the rooftops and gardens of Oldenburg. It accommodates up to four guests and is situated on a quiet bicycle street, just a five-minute walk from the historic old town. The bright apartment features a daylight bathroom, a spacious king-size bed (180×200) and a comfortable sofa bed (140×200).

The bathroom is equipped with a sauna and has an Asian touch. Non-smoking apartment. The first/second supermarket is only 1 km away. A parking space on the premises is available.

Das Ferienhaus liegt am Rande einer bewaldeten privaten Wochenendsiedlung. Es ist großzügig geschnitten, hell, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Paradiesisch ist es dort zu jeder Jahreszeit & perfekt für eine kurze oder längere Auszeit in der Idylle! Für die Sommermonate gibt es ein hauseigenes Standup-Paddling Board (SUP).
