One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Boasting a beautiful view of the mountain, the holiday apartment Waidacherhof-See is located in Prags/Braies in South Tyrol. Natural materials, rustic old wood, contrasting stone, cozy felt and loden are among the main components of the apartment. The 53m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. In summer, our house is an ideal starting point for our cultivated alpine pastures and our beautiful mountains. In winter, you can use the perfectly groomed slopes in our biathlon center and on the beautiful Kronplatz ski resort. In addition, there are also two toboggan runs to managed huts in the Antholzertal.

The accommodation is good for sporty couples, families with kids as well as business travelers and solo travelers.

The apartment is in a suitable location to reach the famous Christmas markets in a few minutes. The apartment is in a 16th century castle. On the ground floor of the castle is a small restaurant, where you can spend a nice evening.

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
