Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

Das absolute Highlight des Zimmers ist die große Panoramafensterfront mit Blick auf die schneebedeckten Berge – allein dort zu sitzen und die Aussicht zu genießen, ist ein Erlebnis für sich. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Direkt vor der Tür befinden sich Restaurants und eine Bäckerei, und ein privater Parkplatz ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst aufmerksam und hat stets schnell auf unsere Anliegen reagiert. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt!

Všechno bylo skvělé, ubytování je zcela nové a odpovídá fotkám. Hostitelka každý den ujišťovala, že pokud bychom cokoliv potřebovali, stačí zaklepat. Nic ale nebylo potřeba, protože všechno bylo super. Apartmán má velký balkon, ze kterého je výhled na hory. Také se nám moc líbila opravdu prostorná sprcha. Po příjezdu byla v lednici pozornost v podobě perlivé vody, vína a piva. Oceňujeme také velké množství úložného prostoru v ložnici. Do Innsbrucku je to cca 15 minut cesty autem. Do obchodu cca 10 minut.

Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

A modern living area features a comfortable grey sofa adorned with decorative cushions in various colors. A small round coffee table rests on a soft area rug, while a stylish lamp and indoor plant add warmth to the space. Art decorates the wall.

Wir konnten unseren Winter-Aufenthalt bei Sonja jeden Tag genießen. Die super ausgestattete Wohnung liegt fantastisch unweit von Innsbruck und direkt am Fuße der Innsbrucker Bergwelt. Die in der nahen Umgebung befindlichen Bergbahnen/Skigebiete sind mit dem Auto zwischen 5 und 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Sonja ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir können unsere volle Empfehlung aussprechen. Danke Sonja!

Wie auch im letzten Jahr war es ein reibungsloser Check in, die Wohnung sehr modern, sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir fühlen uns dort immer direkt wohl. Fußläufig erreichbar ist der Supermarkt, ein gutes China Restaurant und auch die Bushaltestelle. Kematen ist ein schöner Ort um spazieren zu gehen auch viele weitere schöne Orte sind von dort aus schnell zu erreichen. Carmen ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sie ist freundlich und hat für Rückfragen ein offenes Ohr. Wir kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
