Swimming, tennis, cycling (Ybbstag cycle path right outside the door), hiking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and tobogganing right by the house if the snow allows! 3 km from the center of Hollenstein, very good infrastructure.

We felt very comfortable. Even though it was still a little cold to use the pool, the pool area was super nice and inviting. The fenced garden was a dream for our dogs and also contributed to the relaxation of the 2-legged ones. We will be happy to come back.

"Vacation at the mini pony farm" Organic farm, quiet location

The apartment is located in beautiful countryside and very quiet. The landlord and his family are extremely friendly, accommodating and helped us easily with questions and small concerns. The apartment has everything you need for a few days away. Because we cooked a lot, the small dishwasher was great for us. Hiking and walking trails go straight from the neighborhood Excursions can be made to the Basilica on the Sunday mountain (fantastic Rubdumblick) or to Waidhofen an der Ybbs. We enjoyed it very much and we can absolutely recommend the accommodation for families and peace seekers!

The accommodation was great and Johanna was very friendly and accommodating (she gave us wine glasses and sparkling glasses for New Year's Eve and great excursion tips). We felt very much at home in the apartment. The location is quite quiet, with beautiful views of the Sunday mountain and the kitchen of the apartment is well equipped. All in all a great stay. We highly recommend it!

I stayed with my family and it was fantastic the kitchen was important to us and it was wonderful, the location is great and very private. We enjoyed our stay from my side I liked that there was no phone connection it made it more special to me and got our hand off our phones . Stefanie was very responsive and we found everything in our stay.

Comunication with Elisabet was fine as well as accomodation. It was fine clean place without any problems.

An open living space features a modern kitchen area with sleek, white cabinets and an island. Natural wood walls and flooring create a warm ambiance. A comfortable seating area includes a black sofa with soft cushions, complemented by ample natural light from large windows draped with light curtains.

The three of us spent New Year's Eve with our dog in Ybbsitz. Anna and her father were very accommodating. We were very pleased with the welcome snacks and drinks. The home is very nice, clean and superbly stocked. We were able to cook a nice dinner in the kitchen and felt extremely comfortable! We would come back right away:)
