Our small 60 m² apartment offers you everything you need from the interior - in addition to a great view of our local mountain, the Ötscher (1898 m), but also in the idyllic landscape of the Mostviertel. Through the windows, which open up to a direct view of the neighboring fields and forests… Our location is very quiet on the one hand, on the outskirts of Wieselburg-Land, on the other hand it is only 5 km to the Ybbs west highway entrance. The surroundings offer a varied program!

This is a breathtaking place for people who really want peace and nature, far away from everything else. Meadow, forest, fresh air and mountains. Here there are deer, chickens, cats and bees. The apartment is on a farm, alone in the middle of a large clearing, which I am building as an organic farm with permaculture. It consists of a huge room with wooden floor, new wood-burning stove and mountain views, as well as a bathroom, and a kitchen.

It was our 2nd stay at Philipps apartment. As in October 2024, we felt completely comfortable. Everything was in good order in the apartment, the location is ideal because all important facilities (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, doctors, ATM,...) are within a few minutes' walk. Philipp is very nice and always tries to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Thank you for that! For us, his apartment is the absolute number 1 in the region and therefore a clear recommendation from us!

We had wonderful days and would always come back. If you are looking for peace, nature and a beautiful panorama, this is absolutely the right place. Our children (9&12 years old) and our dog especially enjoyed the rural garden and the beautiful hikes. The place is highly recommended for families who love nature-oriented vacations.
