An absolute dream. Departure was difficult for us because it was just so beautiful!

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

Our family of four had a great week at Maya‘s guesthouse. We loved the private backyard with nice garden, heated pool and jacuzzi. The small house has everything we needed and there is a good outdoor kitchen as well. The beach is a few minutes away and at least in fall there are good chances that you have it for yourself. There are hiking trails to the secluded northern part of the island steps away from the house as well. The communication with Maja is easy and very friendly.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

Gordana was a very nice and great host :) Can only agree with the good reviews! The apartment is very well equipped - and you feel right at home. The location is great, almost right on the marina, 15-20 minutes walk to beautiful beaches, by car or a bike you can get there in a few minutes. My dog also felt comfortable ;) Thank you for the beautiful days - and also the homemade jam was delicious. Gladly again and fully recommended! :)

Tibor's apartment offers everything you need for a short to medium vacation. Communication with him was always very straightforward and direct. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tibor's mother and taken around the apartment and the property. A small welcome snack is available in the living room for large and small guests. The place itself was very clean and had everything you need in everyday life. The terrace offers a perfect outdoor retreat with plenty of space to have breakfast, dinner, or just relax. The pool area is large enough for several guests. The pool itself offers the perfect opportunity to refresh yourself, do some sports, or play with your children. The surroundings of the apartment are very quiet. To get to the nearest town, you would probably need a car or bike, if you don't mind walking a bit. The same applies to the nearest beach.

Unfortunately, the navigation sent us to another address but we were picked up there immediately!! Parking is available in front of the house or in the side street. Everything was very clean and there were enough towels, etc. There were even extra blankets and upholstery in the closet. Cleaning products, brooms, spices and hair dryer are also available! Clear pulse was the washing machine in the bathroom!!! Towels from bathing could be hung on the balcony. Since the apartment is on the 1st floor, it is convenient that you have space on the ground floor for Wagerl etc. Coffee maker is not just such a small espresso dings 😉 But we brought our own. Air conditioning is also available and works great too. The blinds on the windows were great for darkening for sleeping! The location is quiet and yet you are really on the beach in 5 minutes - the path goes through a small forest but is paved (steps available)! Super nice hosts! We'd love to come back!

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

Beautifully furnished apartment, modern with everything you need even for a long vacation. Although I couldn't find the hairdryer. Coffee maker, sugar and juice! Everything I needed for one night. Too bad I didn't have more time!

Francesca's land house was simply great for us! It is set in green surroundings up on a hill, totally private, quiet and relaxing! AWESOME VIEW! If you are looking for a place where you can let go of the city stress, you are at the right place here! You need to have a car in order to get the most out of the surroundings. We visited Muggia and Trieste on the Italian side of the border as well as Piran, Portoroz and Koper on the Slovenia side of the border. We loved all the places. In Muggia you have two Despar supermarkets and one MD supermarket (the MD being very close to the one Despar). By car to Muggia is between 6 and 9 minutes. Keep in mind that finding a parking place near the supermarkets can be challenging and they are open only until 19:30 (or eventually 20:00 in summer). If you've been late for the supermarket, we have a hint for you: Go to the San Bartolomeo camping, which is 4 minutes by car from the house. There you will find a small shop and a bar open until 12am! :)

Dinner and breakfast was lovely and tasty and we really loved their cute dog! We really felt like it was a very authentic experience! You will like this place if you like being outside and don’t mind not having warm showers. There is also a lake for swimming close by!

Toralf and Marina are very hospitable and have served us coffee and cake right after the strenuous drive. Very idyllic location. By the pool you could only hear the birds chirping. You have a view of the sea. Every now and then you get a nice visit from the two cats Mia and Lucy, who are happy about petting. Betty the dear dog also greets you when you come back from a trip. The house has everything needed and more. Medulin also has everything you need: grocery stores, a beautiful harbor with good restaurants and a beach. Always happy to come back. We were greeted by Bruno and his family who showed us all the details of their beautiful cabin in perfect Italian and with the utmost kindness. The cabin, very clean and perfectly equipped, is immersed in a dense beech forest with other houses around that keep company. A stone's throw away is the Sviščaki retreat that runs as a trattoria and a bar with a children's playground nearby. Nearby are a few mountain trails immersed in the woods, almost all easily accessible. In short, there were four of us plus a two-year-old girl and we had a beautiful quiet vacation in the middle of nature. Thank you Bruno.
