We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The complex is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. When the water drain in the bathroom was defective, Klaus responded super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and was able to repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We had a wonderful stay and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean, well-equipped and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The outdoor area with the pool and garden is lovely, and the quiet surroundings were just what we needed. One small thing to note: one of the bedrooms is a walk-through room, which might not be ideal for every group setup. But for us, it worked out just fine. We can definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

We stayed at Villa Frantoio in early August and had a wonderful holiday. The villa is in a fabulous, quiet location on the side of a hill, with views over the valley to the hilltop village of Motovun - you really never get tired of the view! The house itself is built and fitted out to an exceptionally high standard, with three good sized double bedrooms, all of which are en suite. All of the furnishings and appliances are of high quality and the hosts, Ksenija and Elvis, seem to have thought of everything - they were also very quick to respond to any query. The village of Livade, which has three restaurants and a corner shop, is a short drive down the hill. This is an exceptional villa in a glorious location, with no immediate neighbours. The photos on AirBnB reflect the reality - you won’t be disappointed.

What a perfect place to stay while enjoying the area. The house has beautiful custom craftsmanship, it’s like staying in a piece of artwork. It’s not far from all the main sights but a really peaceful place to return to after a day of exploring. Nikolina went out of her way to answer our many questions and gave us tons of great recommendations. We can’t recommend it enough!

stay everything is fine. We had a problem with the kitchen but Lorena and Rino moved instantly to solve it. always friendly, helpful, and super kind. The house is beautiful and the pool is a great service. highly recommend it.

We had a great time at Alisa’s place. The house, the garden as well as the pool are very nice and comfortable. Alisa was easy to reach and had great recommendations for us (e.g. beaches, restaurants).

Jerini is amazing! A beautiful blend of old and new - it’s even better than the photos. We were really comfortable, had everything we needed. cooked with the BBQ and used the pool, hot tub and sauna every day. This was a ‘babymoon’ holiday for us and it was just the relaxing break we were looking for. With a hire car we were able to visit all the towns on Krk and restaurants and supermarkets are near by, too. We would definitely visit again!

We spent a week vacation at Villa Enigma. Everything was perfect. Great decor, great outdoor kitchen, nice pool, lots of space! The house is freestanding and you are really private here. No neighbors who are disturbing. Only small downside: there is only one umbrella by the pool, so relatively little shade. All in all but a super great house! Communication on site was easy and worked well.

Perfect for a relaxing vacation with dog(s) Large, super beautiful, fenced property – ideal for travelers with dogs. The place is super well equipped, has everything you need for a vacation and offers a beautiful view. Parking directly at the house and everything you need is within 20 minutes. The street is audible - sometimes more, sometimes less - but for us it was not disturbing. The landlord was super friendly, even provided sweets in the fridge and gave us great restaurant tips. Earlier check-in was also possible without any problems. All around a successful stay! THANK YOU for that :)

Probably our favorite accommodation ever! We stayed as a family of four, which included a toddler. The home was perfectly set up for our family and we thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor space. The host was very responsive and very friendly. Immaculately clean and tidy.

The house is simply beautiful and has everything you could ask for. 🥰 You immediately feel comfortable and at home. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and otherwise we didn't miss anything. The cleanliness of the house is a 10/10 - just spotlessly clean!! 🤩 The hostess, Mateja, is a very hearty, loving and helpful person! We had a wonderful time with Elena on Krk. The cottage is not very large, but well equipped and completely sufficient for 2 people. The subtropical garden, however, is a real dream. Palm trees, olive trees and beautifully blooming flowers surround a large saltwater pool. Everything is very well maintained and clean, an oasis of tranquility. Elena is a very friendly, always helpful host who does everything to make guests feel comfortable. We hope to come back soon.

The vacation home is in an absolutely quiet location and offers pure relaxation. We were particularly impressed by the style of the house and the heated pool (admittedly it took a while until it was a little warm) – ideal for relaxing, no matter what the weather. The house is modern, comfortably furnished and very well maintained. If you are looking for peace, comfort and a bit of luxury, this is the place to be. We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time in the villa, unfortunately only 4 days. We certainly could have stayed longer. The host Toni, had good and clear contact in advance. Andrea gave us a warm welcome and we were able to contact her for everything during the rest of our stay. She is a warm, sweet, enthusiastic and caring lady. Contact with Andrea also runs very quickly and smoothly. We have nothing to complain about the villa itself. It is nice and clean both inside and outside. The pool is lovely, and also bright and clean. You are provided with everything in the villa. You don't have to leave and you can have a great time. You really won't be short of anything. The location is quiet, but within a 15/30 minute drive you will also come across nice villages/shops. A car would be useful. Thanks again Toni and Andrea for the hospitality, we will definitely come back.

Would stay here again! We were 7 girls and had the best weekend. The house is located in a quiet area which we loved. There was everything we needed in the house and it was very clean! The facilities leave nothing to be desired: modern kitchen, comfortable beds and a great outdoor terrace with barbecue facilities. Communication with the hosts was also super friendly, warm and uncomplicated – you can tell that they really care about the well-being of the guests. The location is perfect for excursions in the area – whether to the beach, to Pula or to the picturesque towns in Istria. We enjoyed every moment and can recommend Villa Ana without reservation.
