Our one-bedroom cottage sits in the middle of over 25 acres of the beautiful Florida Nature Coast. Even though we are secluded, we have all the comforts of home, from indoor plumbing and hot water to AC and Wi-Fi. Our TV has a Firestick, so bring your Netflix or Disney+ account and stream away your nights after you retire from roasting Smores on the outdoor firepit. A self-Inflating bed takes this from a 2 person cottage to 4 in just minutes. Parking is not an issue, even if you have a trailer.

The cottage lies on the banks of Lake Rousseau. This is a very interesting lake. The lake is fed by the crystal clear waters of the Rainbow Springs system and the dark tannin stained waters of the Withlacoochee River. Back in the 1930's, the water shed was dammed up on its far western edge. The result was a creation of a 12 mile long lake with a river twisting through the center, all of which you will enjoy from your waters edge dock. Kelley’s place was excellent. High quality furnishings and spotlessly clean. The place was awesome and worth the price paid which was reasonable for what we received. It felt like a combination of a five star hotel and home. Our host communicated very clearly both prior to and during our visit.

Nice little getaway steps away from the river. The place is super comfortable and clean. It was spacious but still felt cozy. My kids really loved staying here. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals and was set up nicely. The screened in back porch was really nice for hanging out and eating meals. We paddled on the river and the neighborhood park was perfect for launching. Will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommend!

Would highly recommend this peaceful property. Our employees loved having this peaceful and beautiful location to rest and wake up to the peaceful surroundings the next morning after working hard all day. Their stay here was good for morale and productivity. The property is gorgeous, comfortable, well maintained and would be a great place for vacation. Host were great, friendly and helpful. Serenity Cove - Waterfront

We loved our stay at George’s with our toddler and dog. The house was very clean and the backyard was spacious. Very well equipped home with conveniences not included at all air bnbs, which we really appreciated. We had so much fun taking a few of the kayaks out on the river and also rented a boat, which we docked at the house. Our dog loved all the room he had to run and we enjoyed breezy afternoons and gorgeous sunsets sitting out by the river. Cranes, a turtle and an alligator were all seen from the backyard. We felt immersed in nature while still being a quick drive away from grocery, restaurants and both Rainbow River and Hunter Springs (15 min). My husband appreciated the grill and espresso machine. The only downside is the master shower, which js a bit cramped for a 6’2 guy and near impossible for me to shower without getting my hair wet, so I used the bath/shower in the other bathroom instead! We would stay here again!

Blue Cove Canal Pool Home on Rainbow Spring River!

10 out of 10 would recommend! I have traveled all over the US and often utilize Airbnb and this is going down in the books as one of my favorite homes! The house itself is like a time capsule. Lots of antique furniture and nostalgic pieces of the past. But also super clean, comfortable and up-to-date. The amenities are also amazing! Everything was clean, well organized, and ready to use. The main river is about a 15 minute paddle, but it’s gorgeous. My kids said this might be one of their favorite vacations we’ve ever taken! The Neighbor kids even came over and joined us for a game of basketball. All of the neighbors seemed super friendly. The house is also well stocked with things like pans, dishes, silverware, extra blankets, pillows, etc. And sitting on the deck for morning, coffee and to relax in the evening is amazing. Communication with the host was easy and painless. We will most definitely be staying again!

Private Oasis w/ Pool - Next to Rainbow River

Matched description, but had religious themed art. Tubs and showers had dirt and dust coating them. Dead roach in corner of living room. No trash bags provided. Bad ant problem out by the pool. The drive way was not large enough for our 3 cars, not allowed to park anywhere else. The neighborhood looks established and is extremely quiet, has elderly people and new parents with kids walking around. The Airbnb feels out of place and the quiet times start at 8-8. I also felt uncomfortable with the quantity of ring cameras. There were 4-5 total I think. I get you want to watch the doors, but it feels like a privacy invasion especially in the backyard when you’re getting out of the pool.
