Villa vacation rentals in Ragusa

We really enjoyed our stay in Playa Grande. The location is nicely tucked away and very quiet—no traffic or town noise at all. The pool area was great, with plenty of sun beds and space to relax. Several nice beaches are easy to teach nearby, and we appreciated the secure parking inside the property. The apartment had a large TV and everything we needed. Nearby towns are easy to reach by car and offer plenty of restaurants. All in all, a peaceful and relaxing spot with great amenities. The property offers very good value for money overall.

We had a fantastic stay and a wonderful time! The property and the rooms were even nicer than in the photos. Communication with Alberto and Roberta was super easy and quick—they were always available and helpful. They also shared some great local restaurant tips for the area and Ortigia. Some of their recommendations we already knew from our last trip to Syracuse, and we’d totally recommend them as well. 😎 Overall, we had an amazing experience and would love to come back! Just a quick note for anyone looking for a standalone house or villa: this place is actually made up of several (very beautiful) apartments.

Villa Aria was excellent for 3 couples. The interior and exterior of the villa are great, nice design touches- very livable- and beautiful gardens. The exterior space is larger and nicer than we expected based on the pics. Very well appointed, and you can tell the owners have a good sense of style. The location was good, it’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, and 5 minutes to a cafe and small grocery store. The surrounding streets get busy with beachgoers during the say, but there is a driveway with space for 2 cars.

Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood and close to areas of our interest. Sabrina, a sunny and welcoming person like her home... I forgot: there is a magnificent terrace to enjoy the spectacle of the sky especially in the evening hours

We had a fantastic stay! The host was incredibly hospitable, always quick to respond to any questions, and just genuinely kind people overall. They made us feel very welcome and ensured we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s always a pleasure to stay somewhere where the hosts truly care about their guests. Highly recommend this place — we’d happily stay again.

the cottage was amazing. interesting architectural details. nice little kitchenette that we were able to use. It has a washer for clothes which we desperately needed. It doesn't have a dryer though so we had to air dry our clothes. The pool was wonderful and we used it each afternoon after our morning trips to Siracusa, Noto, Modica and Ragusa. The Location is a little remote. You definitely need a car if you are staying here. we were able to find good restaurants in Scicli, Donalucata and Marina di Ragusa which were all within a 10 to 20 minute drive. Overall a wonderful experience with a laid back vibe that we really enjoyed.

What a wonderful place. We loved every single moment of our stay. The first part of the day we enjoyed the gourgeous outdoor area, the 2nd part we explored all the nice places that are in perfect reach from the house. So many nice places to visit. You need a car though. The house and the outdoor area were both immaculate clean and maintained. We we’re complemented with nice food and a bootle of excellent wine at our arrival. There was everything in the kitchen you need (incl vinegar, oil, salt, coffee, tea etc), there was shower gel & and shampoo - this is why I so much more prefer to rent from private people instead of an agency. Giovanni, Pietro & Carmela put so much effort and hospitality into everything, it just makes a hughe difference. But I also have to say, I am an AirBnB regular and what we experienced here was impressive. Everybody went above and beyond, you do not often experience this on that level. I would come back anytime, I can only higly recommend this place. THANK U!

We stayed in 9 friends taking the whole house Having 6 rooms each with private bathroom and 3 kitchens was fantastic The shared terrace allowed us to hang out and eat together. The pool is nice with a sea view In addition, they welcomed us with complimentary typical products and breakfast products Even a beach towel for everyone in addition to the linens Thank you.

Authentic Sicilian stay, close to beach, close to several towns.

This is one of the best places we have stayed, with the most beautiful villa set in lovely gardens full of ancient olive trees. The pool and its pavilion and bar were just perfect. Not too far from Modica and Noto, plus excellent beaches at San Lorenzo. Roberto and family were very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend getting Angelica to cook one evening- just the best meal of the trip. Trying to find the place in the dark is not recommended though. The Google map reference given is not quite accurate and there is nothing to indicate you are supposed to drive through next door’s farmyard. But, like getting into heaven, it’s worth it!

we had a great welcome. the place is heavenly, never hot, the pool is beautiful, the outdoor spaces spacious and well maintained. We were a group of 19 people and there really was a way for everyone to relax in peace and tranquility, starting with the kids who wanted to swim up to the adults who wanted to rest. Everyone had the opportunity to do what they preferred without disturbing others. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need. The host was really thoughtful. He pampered us throughout the week. He was able to give precise directions on the surrounding places and more. We really enjoyed ourselves

This place is just wonderful for family holiday - the sea view is the best, the shady terrace just calls you to relax- the house itself is beautiful and functions well! Salvatore and his wife took so good care of us! If you like fresh seafood there are many nice, rustic restaurants within walking distance!

Stylish and modern place with a nice pool to cool off. Good beds and everything you need for your stay. Walking distance to the restaurants and beach downtown. Deborah was very helpful and friendly.

What a wonderful property, it was paradise. We loved picking fresh fruit and vegetables from the gardens, we enjoyed the chickens, geese and donkey. The property is set in beautiful gardens, with a sparkling clean swimming pool. The beach is a short walk away, where you will find a variety of places to eat and drink. Five minutes away is a well stocked shop. Gio was a fantastic host, who was available 24/7 for any problems, his local knowledge was very useful and he proudly showed us around his wonderfully kept gardens. We particularly enjoyed picking bananas every morning. Thank you so much Gio, we hope to return to paradise near the sea.

We spent a great week in Angelo’s villa with 3 other couples and 3 kids (one 5 years old and 2 babies). It was the last week of October but the weather was amazing and we could enjoy the pool everyday (the water was of course a bit chilly but still ok) as well as the heated jacuzzi. The villa is an amazing renovation and offers a big living room with enough space for everyone. Angelo is a very nice host: always very responsive and helpful. He was also very flexible with the arrival and departure time. The location is also perfect to enjoy Scicli, the beach and the surroundings (Noto, Raguse,..). Apparently we were the last guests of the season and some renovations will be done. For instance the bathrooms and some doors need to be maintained. The poor sound insulation between the floors and the creaking stairs were a bit annoying, but nevertheless we had a great time and we totally recommend this place.

Wow, what a stay we had at Ivan's place. Situated in a quiet spot just outside of Noto, surrounded by wild flowers, herbs and lemon trees. The most beautiful, private, quiet spot, we felt instantly relaxed and at home. Ivan and Dino were absolutely fantastic, responsive and helpful, thank you so much for making our stay so special. The villa is situated in a great spot for exploring the south east of Sicily, every day we went out and about exploring towns, beaches and restaurants. The beaches were stunning, especially San Lorenzo nature reserve, we had the entire beach to ourselves! Thank you for a wonderful stay, we couldn't recommend more highly.

Silvia was an excellent host, always responsive and very helpful. We were able to find the villa with her instructions and she was there to greet us and say goodbye when we left. The villa was spotless and we loved the outdoor space with all its different seating areas and bbq. The house was well equipped with thoughtful touches. There were lots of little extras for our stay including clean towels, jams, treats and Prosecco. A great base for exploring Sicily’s south east. Highly recommend this stay.

This house was beyond our expectations - it’s more like a mansion than a house. It’s on an amazing property, private with a lush garden, patios in all directions and it overlooks the ocean and the nearby castle! We were three families who shared this house and it had the perfect setup with the 5 bedrooms almost mimicking three minor apartments / wings, offering privacy for all. The shared spaces; living room, dining room and kitchen were all super cozy, well lit, and had all amenities. We are so happy we booked this house for our stay exploring southern Sicily! Alessandra was super communicative and an excellent host.

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

We had a very nice stay! Maria welcomed us warmly and showed us everything. The pool is fantastic, and the pool man was also very warm and patient. For us, it was a very reassuring feeling that someone takes care of the pool so reliably!! The house is a bit older, but there is air conditioning throughout the house, which was very valuable at the 32 degrees outside temperature.

We, a group of 8 people working in a travel agency, had a workation trip to Sicily where we stayed in Villa Nausica for a week. This was not our first house-stay on a workation but surely the best one so far! We picked the house because of its size (we needed 5 bedrooms and lots of space), the pool and the view – everything was beyond better than we expected. So much space, the pool was super nice and heated as we requested. The kitchen was great – we cooked a lot at the house and everything we needed was there. In the fridge, there were welcome drinks and in the cupboard, several food items for use. And the padel court was just wonderful! Used it so many times :) And the location is also great – so many wonderful small cities in a short driving distance: Ragusa, Modica, Scicli, Ispica, Pozzallo, Noto, Syracuse etc + many beautiful vineyards nearby to visit. And lastly – what a great and sweet host! Many thanks to Roberta, wish you all the best and a successful season!

Stunning location overlooking wild flower meadow and coastline. Calm, quiet and peaceful. Modern aesthetic equipped with everything necessary for our stay. We would love to return some day!
